Mercure Firenze Centro

The hotel is right next to the train station and close to the old town, making it incredibly convenient for walking to attractions like the Duomo and Uffizi Gallery in just a few minutes. The room was spacious, had a small balcony, and was clean and comfortable. The front desk staff were all very welcoming. On our check-out day, we had to leave early before the restaurant opened, and they thoughtfully packed three breakfasts for us, which was a really heartwarming gesture.

Excellent! The lady at the front desk was very lovely. The free iced water and hot chocolate on the first floor were fantastic. Drinking iced water on a hot day was so refreshing, and a cup of hot chocolate in the morning was incredibly relaxing. The location is also great.

Out of all the hotels we stayed at during our 19-night Europe trip, this one was by far the best. We had two rooms for our family, and they were conveniently located on the same floor and both had balconies. The rooms were spacious, and the air conditioning was excellent. They even provided complimentary water and coffee, which was a real lifesaver on a hot day – a cold drink before heading into the room was just what we needed.

The most satisfying hotel of the entire trip, though also the most expensive. We stayed on the first floor which had a small courtyard. We enjoyed the brilliant blue night sky while sitting in the courtyard, sipping free coffee from the lobby.

The hotel has a great environment and a very convenient location, just a few minutes' walk from the train station. It's rare to find a place that offers disposable slippers and a complimentary minibar in the room. There's also a fantastic Chinese restaurant nearby called Chongqing Impression.

Staying at the Mercure Firenze Centro was an excellent experience, largely due to its prime location! Being right next to the train station made it incredibly easy to get to, even with heavy luggage, which is a huge plus for travelers. It's about a 10-minute walk to the Duomo, a bit of a distance but perfectly manageable. The room design was modern and comfortable, with a warm and stylish ambiance thanks to the orange feature wall and artistic decorations. My only disappointment was with the water dispenser. It worked fine on the first day of my stay but broke down afterward and remained unrepaired for the next three days, which affected my daily convenience. Overall, my experience was still very satisfactory, especially for travelers looking for convenience and good value for money. I'd suggest the hotel improve its facility maintenance response; more attention to detail would make it even more perfect. I'd definitely recommend it to anyone planning to explore Florence!

The location is super convenient, most attractions are within walking distance, and the service was enthusiastic. Overall, it's great value for money, and I'd definitely consider staying here again.
