Hotel Veneto Centro Storico di Firenze

The location is excellent and within walking distance of Florence's historic center. The staff were kind and welcoming throughout our stay. However, the hotel did not match the photos shown online. The room was very small, there is no elevator, and the air conditioning was very noisy, making it difficult to sleep. The breakfast was below expectations, although the coffee machine made excellent cappuccino. Overall, the location and friendly team were the highlights, but the facilities and comfort need improvement.

It is an old building and interiors are pretty aged . The AC in room is barely functioning. They have free breakfast however the choices are limited and repetitive everyday . The staff is very friendly and attentive . The hotel location is super convenient close to every iconic attractions in town .Restaurants and laundry shop are in short walking distance . The area is fairly safe .

Not sure why this hotel claim as 3stars hotel, which 3stars hotel city tax paid was worthless. Being arranged in third floor with no lift( with no help offered from reception, even with my 70s parents) , extreme loud air conditioner, rude reception who can’t help me to solve the problem. Staying in 3rd floor, I need to go down every time when I have a request. Shower water is flow unstable; The room will not clean everyday , unless request. No drinking water provided. Room is very small for 3people. Overall, I’m not very satisfied with my stay.

The hotel location was nice. Around 10 min walk from firenza S.M train station. The AC was very loud so we could not sleep very well. But overall a nice hotel
