A historic five star hotel in the best location of Florence! Only 10 minutes ride from Florence main train station, wallking distance to major touristic attractions such as the famous Florence Cathedral, (Duomo), Ponte Vecchio or Piazza Signoria. The superior room was beautifully furnished, with clean marble bathroom! Amazing breakfast with fresh fruit, tasty pastries and a big selection of Italian parma ham! I would definitely book Firenze Bernini hotel again!

The room is also quite small, and the overall environment is not as good as nh. If recommended, I would personally recommend nh. The hardware is better in all aspects, but I received double breakfast when I made the reservation, which can make up for these shortcomings.

We were escorted to our room and the front desk staff really helped out with translating info on our list luggage and speaking to the airport lost luggage staff on our behalf. The only thing that lacked was providing an additional full-sized luggage stand/bench upon 1st & 2nd request.

There was a strong smell in the coridors and rooms.
even after chaging the room it was not much different.
The quality brackfast is below standard. A lot of food offer but all of low quality.

The front desk staff at Bernini Palace were lovely and made this stay feel very personal. They were very helpful with reservations and advice, and left me a bottle of champagne to celebrate. The hotel is of course in a historic building which itself was quite interesting-＞ I wish more information was available on the walls or in the hallways to explain the different rooms.
