Bernini Palace Hotel Florence Reviews

Location is excellent middle of everything and walking distance to all attractions and museums. Hotel staff are extremely polite nice and helpful as well. We were disappointed with bed sheet last day they put it was yellowish color even though it is the color of the sheet it gives you old and not clean feeling after get used to pure white linensi almost in all hotels. Also we have give the car to valet but it seems they have put 140 km on it. It is a rental car so not big issue but it doesn’t feel good as well.

Good location and very close to sightseeing points.

A historic five star hotel in the best location of Florence! Only 10 minutes ride from Florence main train station, wallking distance to major touristic attractions such as the famous Florence Cathedral, (Duomo), Ponte Vecchio or Piazza Signoria. The superior room was beautifully furnished, with clean marble bathroom! Amazing breakfast with fresh fruit, tasty pastries and a big selection of Italian parma ham! I would definitely book Firenze Bernini hotel again!

Very satisfied with the room. Although it is old, it is well maintained. The marble bathroom and bathtub are clean and bright. The service is very good and responsive I will come again in the future!

Small gift for Christmas

The hotel is very historic and located in the old town. It is a 5-minute walk from major attractions. The loft has two bedrooms, two bathrooms and two large beds. It is quite comfortable and cost-effective. The breakfast is average.

The most expensive hotel I have stayed in so far at my own expense - impeccably beautiful 💚🤍❤️ The guy who helped check in was even more amazingly beautiful. The dinner was delicious + the breakfast was very atmospheric 🥂 I will stay here again when I go to Florence next year 🇮🇹

The hotel is in a good location, close to major attractions, and has a high safety factor; The weird experience was that the first person who received me was an Italian ***** fat male staff member whose name started with *, and he did not follow the room level I booked; after that, I spent time reconfirming the hotel order and reported it to another staff member at the front desk. The staff reassigned a room that met the booking level, a completely different room type, and I was finally satisfied with the room. I hope that in the future, Italian hotel staff will provide Chinese 🇨🇳 customers with rooms that meet the booking type as soon as possible. Refuse to delay the precious travel time and abundant energy of Chinese 🇨🇳 customers. Refuse to try to influence the impeccable and happy mood of Chinese 🇨🇳 customers with trivial tricks. Very good five-star hotel

The room is also quite small, and the overall environment is not as good as nh. If recommended, I would personally recommend nh. The hardware is better in all aspects, but I received double breakfast when I made the reservation, which can make up for these shortcomings.
