Fantastic location right in the city center, everything is within walking distance. All the sights, museums and lots of cafes and restaurants right in the vicinity. The room was okay. We had to pay an extra of €30 for two nights for our baby's cot, which I think is outrageous. Not happy about that.

Very near to bell tower , around the hotel have shops for shopping .

I love the location, it is easy to get to anyway. The room is clean and the lady at the reception is very helpful.

This hotel is just like a gallery, many awesome paintings, the breakfast is quite good and the staffs are so kind and friendly. Most importantly, the location is so convenient, you can't imagine more. 这家酒店给我印象非常好，位置优越，附近的景点就几百米，很好找。工作人员也非常友善，早餐也很不错。这个酒店里有许多油画，也可以慢慢欣赏。

All staff were professional, friendly and English speaking. The building is old, so there may be some troubles, but the attention will be paid immediately and solved for the best possible result. I was so impressed. The location is so convenient that you can walk to all the important places in Firenze. On the second night, I stayed in the double room on the first floor and the room was renovated nicely, and the key was the new card type. I recommend this choice. Very comfortable. I will come back.
