The hotel was on the 3rd floor, without an elevator, so the host helped us carry our luggage up and down. The downsides were: the mattress was too soft and we weren't used to it; the kettle was a bit small. The room they gave us was facing the road, right across from the subway, which was a bit too noisy and affected our sleep.

The hotel is a guesthouse-style establishment, so be sure to contact the owner in advance. The rooms are a bit small, but all the facilities are quite functional. The owner makes sure the breakfast basket and refrigerator are full, and there's complimentary bread, fruit, coffee, etc.—this thoughtful touch deserves full marks.

I booked a double room for one person, and my fiancé arrived at the hotel at 10 pm. We couldn't find any staff to check in. Normally, there would be an extra charge for two people, but the owner didn't charge the difference, only the city tax for two people. We were very grateful. We hope to have the opportunity to stay here again. The hotel price is very cheap for Florence, the facilities are new, and they even provided fruit, food, and drinks, which was very thoughtful. Because I arrived late and had self-check-in, I haven't received an email on how to self-check-in for a long time. It took a long time to communicate due to language issues, so I finally contacted Ctrip to open the door. The room was unexpected, much better than expected. The room was spacious and felt very clean.
