I had a cockroach crawl on my leg in the hotel lobby, and the air conditioning in the room kept turning on by itself for no reason. The window was drafty, and even after changing rooms, the problem wasn't fully resolved. The cleaning staff disturbed us repeatedly and didn't speak English. One day, they didn't even clean the room. The most outrageous part is that we had confirmed beforehand that bottled water was free, but they still charged us 2.5 Euros per bottle when we checked out (in contrast, bottled water at Camimala Milano was free).

The hotel breakfast offered a decent variety and tasted good. The service was excellent, and the front desk staff, especially one young man, was very enthusiastic. The room environment was quite good, and cleanliness wasn't an issue. However, the window view was very poor, making the room feel a bit confined. One of the bedside lamps was broken, which slightly impacted the experience.

The hotel rooms are tasteful, and the breakfast quality is high. It's very close to the Duomo, offering a quiet escape despite being in a bustling area. Highly recommended, no promotions involved.

A truly beautiful, stylish, and impeccably maintained hotel! The day after our arrival, the hotel kindly moved us to a room with a street view, which we really appreciated. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, elegant, and very well maintained. The hotel also has a wonderful signature fragrance that creates a lovely atmosphere. The beds are extremely comfortable, and we slept wonderfully every night. The location is excellent and very convenient for exploring the city. It is quite rare to find a hotel with a gym, and it really helped us stay in shape during our trip to Italy! The restaurant is located on the rooftop and offers breathtaking views. Both breakfast and dinner were delicious. The only suggestion would be to offer a greater variety of hot breakfast dishes in addition to scrambled eggs. The staff throughout the hotel were outstanding—professional, friendly, and genuinely welcoming. Thank you very much for making our stay so enjoyable. We would be delighted to return!

This is my first visit to this hotel, and only upon arrival did I realize there are two Calimala fairly close to each other.
