The floor in the room was stained and sticky probably have never been cleaned. After staying there for one week, the bottom of the hotel slippers was completely black with my foot prints looked terrifying. The rug around the bed looked dusty and dirty. For three days the supply of towels was missed or messed up. Even though I put on Do not Disturb light on, around 12 noon housekeeper knocked very hard on my door for a few times!  When I checked in around 7pm, I was offered a smaller room that I paid for online well in advance. After I found out, I had to insisted on my concern with the male receptionist for awhile before he “found” a better room that I was entitled to. Seemed tricky…  Nice hotel in hardware. Management issues to be improved.  Need washer and dryer on site for guest use.

Pretty good room, just a little bit far from downtown

The hotel staff was very helpful and professional and this made our stay at Florence really enjoyable. The rooms were clean, the staff always greeted us with a smile each time we left and returned.

Beautiful hotel, walking distance to main attractions and shops.

Lovely hotel with good service. About 10mins walk to the train station and walking distance to the duomo

Within walking distance from the train station so quite convenient. Got upgraded to a junior suite room with very spacious room and two beds (with one bed being sofa bed but still good). Very bright and tidy bathroom. Downside is the cleanliness is not to my expectation (some ashes on the staircase in the room and near the coffee machine) and the air-conditioner is too cold even though we have asked the receptionist to help switch off the air conditioner. Breakfast is a bit expensive (€28 pp from what I remember) so we didn’t get a chance to try but it seems that the breakfast is served in a very beautiful area.

Very nice hotel. Breakfasts are very, very tasty. The staff is polite and friendly.

The decor is excellent, with many details showcasing the hotel's aesthetic sense and thoughtful design. However, prices fluctuate frequently, so it's advisable to keep track of prices before booking. Breakfast is average, but the coffee is decent.

The hotel is a very new and stylish modern hotel. Both the receptionist and the gentleman who escorted us upstairs were very patient, answering all our questions. They checked us in after 1:00 PM, showing great consideration for guests. However, the only drawback was the cleanliness. We returned late from our activities and found a stain on the toilet seat after lifting it. The stain was quite dark and made us feel uncomfortable. Since it was late, we cleaned it ourselves with alcohol and a toilet seat cover. Later, when we wanted to use toilet paper, we found the dispenser was empty. Therefore, the cleanliness of the restrooms needs improvement. Otherwise, everything was perfect; it's a very good hotel.

We stayed for three days. For the first two days, the drainage in the bathroom was terrible. Every time we showered, the area outside the shower stall would flood, and the bathroom would smell like pipes. There were also large stains on the floor (I don't know if they were red wine or blood...). Later, a swarm of ants even crawled in from the wall, which was very frightening. The housekeeping staff didn't address the issue in the morning. When we called back that evening, they initially only sprayed pesticides, but later changed our room. However, they barely cleaned the room; the grime from when we checked in remained untouched.

The location is very good. It is close to the city center and convenient to go everywhere. However, you need to book in advance, otherwise it will be too last minute. The number of rooms is limited and it will be expensive.

The hotel environment is very good! The hardware facilities are very new and it is very convenient to get around. The overall buffet breakfast is relatively simple and the taste is average. You can order it a la carte at the breakfast counter.
