Very near the train station. A bit noisy as a result, but that’s a trade off for the convenient location. Room was cleaned everyday and towels were replaced. Breakfast was good too. Can’t complain for the price.

Very clean, spacious room, friendly staff and with some facilities like gym, table tennis table etc. location alright, few stations away from the cathedral, but some bus interruptions during the summer make the travel a bit complicated.

The hotel's location near the train station is very convenient for travelers and close to all the attractions in Florence. The service was excellent; we arrived in the morning, and the front desk upgraded us to a room with two beds, a kitchen, and a large dining table, allowing us to check in immediately. We were also able to have breakfast that same morning, as long as it was before 10 AM. The room might have been given to us because it was located directly above the main entrance, making it a bit noisy, with trams passing by at night (a common issue for street-facing rooms in other hotels as well). However, for us, as good sleepers, it wasn't a big problem.

The hotel was close to the station, so I found it without any trouble. I could hear some outside noise, but it wasn't too bothersome. The room was clean and even had slippers provided.

Location is good but my last night, there was 3 times blackout, even thought it was restored after 5 mins

Good breakfast with nice room. Room was abit noisy in morning given the tram noise from downstairs and countless chatters that can be heard outside the rooms. Amenities were well provided and customer service forthcoming

The Bathroom in my room didn't have the proper division and grippy floor to avoid slippery, then when humid I felt down between the wall and the sink, not so safe.... Everything else is ok
