It was noisy and extremely hot in April too! So summers going to be very hot. People constantly go up and down the stairs for the rooftop view and its very very noisy. I barely slept the nights I stayed here and totally regretted!

Room needs to be revamp. Add kettle and cups atleast.

The room is extremely basic, with old furniture and no air conditioning (though this was mentioned when choosing a room), though there is a fan. The hair dryer in the bathroom is terribly outdated, making it very difficult to dry long hair. The wooden shutters are a nice touch, but opening and closing them is a pain (even if there are no other ways to freshen up the room). It's conveniently located for sightseeing, but street cleaning trucks start rolling down the street at 7 a.m., making it impossible to get a good night's sleep. If you're on a floor below the 4th, you won't see the cathedral from your room... Yes, there is a terrace upstairs with overpriced coffee. I'd look elsewhere next time.

We booked a double room. Upon arrival, we were given the keys to an apartment in a separate building far from the hotel, with unacceptable conditions. After a formal complaint and a request for a refund, we were given a room in the main hotel. The room was clean, quite old, and had a very poor heating system. The hotel's Wi-Fi didn't reach the room, and mobile data was intermittent. In the bathroom, the hot water was slow to come out and sometimes only lukewarm. The best thing about it was the location, just a few meters from the Duomo. The facilities and the service were shameful.

The hotel is very well located next to the Duomo and all the major shops and attractions, there is a bar at Roftop (expensive and without food options, but there is one). The service from the staff was with that ugly, short and rude face, the room, although quite spacious, was not pleasant, a mini fan for three beds which was of no use, I have never sweated so much at night, the bathroom was renovated but without ergonomics, the sink had no counter, the bathroom had no soap and shampoo holders, and the towels were completely lacking. The elevator is another case, dispute with visitors when it was working. This hotel in autumn should be more acceptable as the climate does not require air conditioning.

Very pleasant and central hotel, the rooms are full of charm, a very beautiful rooftop awaits you at the top. a downside for the shower which really deserves to be redone and the installation of double glazing in the windows for the rooms seems to me to be an important point: a lot of noise at night, the local professionals take advantage of the calm of the city at night to load and unload everything they need right under the hotel's windows.

Excellent location, steps from the cathedral. The hotel is very neat, it has an elevator and a beautiful rooftop with excellent views of the city. As it shares the elevator with access to the rooftop, it is usually more requested than normal. The room is small and we had a hard time sleeping due to the noise coming from the street at night, despite being on a high floor.

The sex ratio is super high, so everything else is average. Just two steps downstairs is Notre Dame Cathedral.

Excellent hotel and superior value. Front desk personnel were outstanding! They graciously helped us store my daughter’s medicine in their refrigerator and our 3 large ice packs needed for transporting it later in their freezer. They returned to me a large amount of cash and my Apple Watch which I had left in the room after checking out. Our move sized room had a beautiful view of the Duomo, as does their excellent rooftop bar.

the hotel was very nice, the bathroom was amazing with a big shower, our room was on the 4th floor so it had a beautiful view of the duomo, they had more pillows in the closet which we used, there was room service and free toiletries. the only problem was that our bathroom door wouldnt fully close. overall the hotel was amazing, with amazing staff

Outstanding location. Incredible views from roof bar. Reception staff helpful. NO AIR CON - worst night sleep ever despite obtaining an additional fan. Towels were thinner than table clothes. Cheap but there has to be better places to stay.
