Hotel De La Pace, Sure Hotel Collection by Best Western

Perfect five days! Absolutely fantastic, and I would definitely choose this place again on my next visit to Florence.

The large bed was comfortable and drinking water was provided. Breakfast was quite good. We were a group of three, and the extra bed was very thin, which caused back pain. The reception staff provided excellent service.

Good

The hotel service was excellent. After storing our luggage in the morning, we couldn't check in because there were no rooms available. Hotel staff proactively brought our luggage to our room – such thoughtful service! The room design was innovative, and the high ceilings made it feel spacious and uncluttered. We booked a family room for four, with one double bed and two single beds – perfect for a family trip. The breakfast was very plentiful, with a wide variety of choices, and all were delicious.

Good 4 star hotel, located near the historic center of Florence in the San Marco area, well connected to the station and airport; small but comfortable rooms, very courteous reception staff, varied and abundant breakfast. Excellent value for money

The hotel is in a good location and very quiet. The breakfast is OK. The room is OK, not small. The bathroom is not small either. I put a sign on the door saying no need to clean, but the waiter still cleaned it. However, it was very touching that he picked up the three euros I dropped on the floor under the sofa and put it on the sofa. [Strong][Strong] The only drawback is that the internet is not very good.

It feels good, overall it is clean and tidy, and the breakfast is quite rich. But the hotel elevator is very small, it feels very old, the hotel location is not very good, there are no restaurants around, and it is far from the bus station
