Granduomo Charming Accommodation

This is a beautiful hotel, right next to the Duomo. Every staff member was warm and thoughtful. Our room had a balcony directly facing the cathedral. The kitchen was stocked with a variety of teas, coffees, cereals, and jams, and the fridge was full of milk, yogurt, juice, wine, and mineral water. Fresh fruit was provided daily, and all food items were promptly refilled as they were consumed. Delicious croissants were also delivered every morning. We were extremely satisfied and highly recommend it!

I'm Japanese, and I was so touched that they even prepared information in Japanese! The breakfast was stylish and adorable, it really boosted my mood! It was also incredibly clean, which was a huge plus! And the view is simply amazing!

The staff were so friendly, the view was great, and the room was luxurious – truly outstanding! If I ever visit Florence again, I'd definitely want to stay here once more. It was even better that there was a kitchen with cooking utensils available.

I wholeheartedly recommend this charming apartment right by the Duomo! The location is truly unbeatable, right next to the Florence Cathedral. Pulling back the curtains, you're greeted with a direct view of the Duomo's dome. Waking up to the magnificent Renaissance architecture every morning is incredibly atmospheric, perfect for photos. The room's cleanliness was impeccable; it was spotless and odor-free. The amenities were thoughtfully provided, including a a kettle and an induction hob, making it easy to fry an egg or heat up food – so convenient for independent travelers. Every morning, they offer a complimentary breakfast with crispy, authentic croissants, fresh milk, jam, and coffee, all delicious. You can enjoy an Italian breakfast without even leaving the building. But the service deserves special praise! The front desk staff were kind and patient. Even when we arrived very late, they had everything arranged perfectly, and they were always ready to help with any request. Our entire stay in Florence was comfortable and worry-free. If you want to see the Duomo up close in Florence, this is definitely the top choice! The attached photos perfectly capture this wonderful experience!

The view from this hotel's terrace is absolutely stunning. However, the downside is that it gets incredibly noisy at night! Even at 12 AM, there were still many people making a racket. Also, the hot water is limited; after one person showered, the second person only got cold water halfway through. The service was excellent, and they even brought fresh croissants in the morning.
