We had a wonderful stay here. The location is the best, right in the center of the city, walking distance to all attractions. Only very short walk if you are going to use the train. The hotel staff are lovely, specially the Italian doorman. We had a nice welcome gift on arrival and was upgraded to a bigger room. Can't wait to be back

The hotel is in a very good location, the rooms are very large, the bath products are of high quality, the decoration is also very exquisite, and the garden bar is a must-go every night. The only shortcoming is that the breakfast quality is very average.

The service is very good, very clean and tidy, the doorman is very enthusiastic, and greets you every time you go in and out~ The room is clean and the bathroom is large, the location is good, and the pasta in the restaurant opposite is delicious. The rooftop terrace is beautiful, but you can only go up from one elevator. The other elevator goes to the suite on the 6th floor~ I didn't meet other people on the terrace, it was quiet and comfortable

Fortunately, we were arranged on the top floor, with a great view, new and complete facilities in the room (slippers were provided), and a rich breakfast. I recommend it.

The service is super satisfactory! The room has a nice height. There are sanitary napkins next to the sink, which is very considerate. The view from the terrace on the sixth floor is great!

Arrived the day after Christmas, but the Christmas atmosphere was still strong. The service at the hotel front desk was superb. The room was originally thought to be the top room, but it turned out to be very large in the middle, with a high ceiling and very unique. The price is a bit expensive during Christmas. If it is not in the peak season, it is only more than 1,500, which is very cost-effective. The breakfast is very rich, but it may be too busy to provide timely service and help. It is really a bit self-service 🤌🏻

However, the design of the shower room is slightly inconvenient and may cause water overflow, but overall it does not affect the accommodation experience. The top lounge on the sixth floor has a view of the Florence landmark building, the Cathedral of Santa Maria del Fiore, which is absolutely outstanding. There will be barbecues and bars in summer. Breakfast is a highlight here, and a hearty breakfast on the second day is definitely not to be missed. The rich Western breakfast selection, coupled with exquisite presentation, brings a perfect start to the day. From the environment to the service to the dining, this hotel undoubtedly provides travelers with an unforgettable stay experience.

The room was nice and bigger than expected. The front desk of the hotel is very welcoming and the service is super good! He told us the history of the hotel in detail. John Milton wrote Paradise Lost in this hotel! The entire hotel is very warm and has a sense of history. After all, it was built in 1596. The location of the hotel is great. It only takes 3 minutes to walk to the Cathedral of Flowers. There are also good restaurants next to the hotel. All in all highly recommended
