If you have been to Florence before and don’t want to stay in the hustle of the city centre, this place is perfect. It was well located that we could see a couple of Medici Villas, close enough to get to Florence if we wanted and truly exceptional staff! The only downside was it was hard to get our car into the gate and the bath was tiny, as a larger lady it was not fit for purpose.

Dispiace scrivere una brutta recensione ma,nonostante la location sia molto bella…abbiamo pagato un prezzo spropositato per…: Non avere neanche il sapone per le mani in bagno che,oltretutto,abbiamo sollecitato,non parliamo degli altri prodotti da bagno che avrebbero dovuto esserci tutti e invece non c’era niente! La colazione descritta sul sito come ‘gratuita’,ci e’stato detto che se la volevamo..non era compresa nel prezzo! Casa antica con fascino e parco molto gradevole..ma il servizio davvero penoso! Ci ha accolto una persona che non lavorava per la struttura e non trovava le chiavi giuste per aprire la nostra stanza…visto il verde che circonda la casa,ci si aspetterebbe di trovare zanzariere perfette alle finestre,invece sono piene di fessure! Non c’e’il frigobar e neanche il bidet in camera…prezzo assurdo per un servizio cosi scadente!

Siamo stati ad una cena organizzata dallo chef Danilo Dispoto. Location suggestiva con una bellissima zona giardino all’aperto. Dopo un breve aperitivo ci siamo spostati nella sala in cui abbiamo cenato. Arredamento curato. Cucina ottima come sempre.

Villa scelta per soggiorno di una notte a Firenze. Si trova fuori dal centro, in una zona tranquilla, si può lasciare la macchina parcheggiata e in 10 minuti raggiungere a piedi la fermata del tram che in 4 fermate porta in centro. La struttura è una dimora storica con un bel giardino, le stanze sono pulitissime e ben arredate, conservando lo stile del tempo a cui appartiene. La consiglio vivamente. Dimenticavo: perfetta anche la colazione a buffet e gentilissima la ragazza che ci ha accolto.
