This hotel in Florence is more like a B&B. It is a very old house. There is no 24-hour front desk, which I overlooked. It was already past seven when I arrived. The door was locked and I needed to call to communicate (I later found that the hotel had sent me an email with the door code). I found that there was no elevator after entering the door, and the stairs were very narrow. I almost cried. When I booked, I saw that no one complained about the lack of elevator in the comments, so I didn't confirm it again. The room I was given was on the fourth floor. After communicating for a long time, I could only lock the big box at the front desk and take the necessary things to the room. Fortunately, I negotiated with Maria at the front desk early the next morning to upgrade me to a deluxe room on a lower floor, and later she helped me move my luggage. Thank her very much. The biggest advantage of the hotel is convenience. It is ten minutes away from the train station, but because the road is old, it is a bit inconvenient to drag heavy luggage. It is close to the Central Market, Duomo de Fiore, Medici Chapel and Academy of Fine Arts Museum, and you can walk there. Maybe the hotel's hardware facilities are defective, and it provides a wealth of free drinks, free coffee at the front desk, biscuits, etc., which is quite heartwarming. There is no breakfast in the hotel. For breakfast, you need to give a breakfast coupon to go to the cooperating restaurant to get a piece of bread and a cup of coffee. You can choose the variety. There are many small restaurants around, which is convenient.

Highly recommended👍🏻 The room was really nice, clean, new and tidy. The mini bar is free (there are even two free bottles of beer), and the front desk also has unlimited free bottled water, iced coke, coffee, cookies, etc. All toiletries are disposable and well packaged and clean. We were assigned a room near the back, which was very quiet and comfortable. The downtown area is right downstairs❤️ Maria at the front desk is very welcoming. She is only at the hotel from morning to 4 p.m. Checking in outside of this time will be troublesome. The hotel door is relatively small and difficult to find. The front desk looks small, but the room is large and comfortable ❤️Downstairs is the downtown area. There is a large supermarket and breakfast shop across the street. It takes about 8 minutes to walk to the train station and go to the Baihua Cathedral. Only about 15 minutes. There are many restaurants and steakhouses nearby, and close to the market (the beef buns are delicious, but not worth the long queues) This was my favorite hotel on this trip and I would highly recommend it to everyone.

It's a duplex lofter, with a large space, good hygiene, and complete equipment. There are small bars at the front desk and in the room. The only drawback is that there is no elevator, which makes it difficult to move luggage, but the front desk and staff are very enthusiastic and will help move.

The location is great! However, they don't send you instructions on how to open the door and room beforehand, so when I arrived I had to call to get in. The breakfast is not on site, you get a voucher (which wasn't easy to get). This voucher entitles you to a coffee and a croissant. I didn't think it was worth it! The cleaning was very good.

The location is very good. It is a three-story B&B. There is no 24-hour front desk. You have to call to self-check in when you arrive. The boss’s Italian English is a bit torture🤣
