Clean and spacious for the price! However, the cleaning team forgot to put slippers in our room and we were unable to get slippers from the reception. We had to wait for the cleaning cycle the next day. Breakfast was quite basic but cant expect anything else at the price Great location

The location was perfect. The hotel is right in the middle and the city is walkable. Breakfast was simple. No toothpaste or toothbrush. The room was newly renovated and spotless

We chose this hotel for our family trip, and despite the facilities being a bit dated, we were very satisfied with its location and the staff's kindness. It was perfect for when the adults got tired during our outings; we could easily pop back to the hotel and rest in the lobby. My only minor gripes were that the shower had a small, fixed 'sunflower' showerhead, so we couldn't use our filter showerhead, and the water pressure was a bit weak.

Squeaky clean and right in the heart of the city. I simply loved it, would come back again. The team was awesome and very helpful. Always ready to help. Tanks team Rex.

The hotel is conveniently located close to the train station, making it easy to get there. The breakfast was excellent, with a great selection of delicious food. However, we were assigned an accessible room with a very unusual toilet and a drain in the floor instead of a proper shower cabin. The windows faced an extremely, extremely noisy street, and it was impossible to fall asleep before midnight or even 1 a.m. because of people shouting outside. There was also no safe in the room.

The hotel is average, and the room definitely needs a renovation. The soundproofing is very poor – you can hear everything from the street, neighboring rooms, and lower floors, presumably where the kitchen is located. They cleaned every day and changed towels. Breakfasts were decent; I especially loved the croissants with Nutella, and the coffee was good. It's suitable for a 2-3 day stay, mainly because the location is good.

Everything was very good, there was a small problem during the process, but they quickly resolved the issue.

Location is fantastic. We had quality sleep. Our only gripe was that the breakfast felt basic and juices were too sweet.

The croissants for breakfast were absolutely delicious!! If I ever come to Florence again, I'd love to stay here again!

Convenient location - walkable to metro is the only pro. Breakfast service was disappointing, the staff was walking between our legs and grabbing plates from our hand. Rude though may not be intended. Room was just ok, good size bur bathroom was tiny. Average but may not be worth the cost.

Good location, 5 mins walk from Florence train stations. Nearby many restaurants.

Lovely, simple hotel close to everything.

This hotel has a lot of mosquitoes at night. However, when I mentioned it to the front desk in the morning, they promptly addressed the issue. The hotel's location is actually very good.
