The breakfast is excellent with many choices of food. The staff are very friendly and polite. There is a rooftop bar and a pool, which is good for the summer. I highly recommend this hotel for families and tourists who are looking for a place to stay for a holiday.

Solid modern room with beautiful views from the terrace. Located 7 mins walk from Santa Novella station and 10 min walk from the major sites. Also right next to the markets. Service was fantastic and friendly. Highly recommend!!

Convenient location between the Firenze SMN Terminal and the City centre.  Many different styles of restaurants around, plus the Central market is just located within a few minutes walking!  The room is clean and tidy, and the breakfast is decently served.

The room was incredibly small, but clean and well-located. I'd give it a moderate recommendation; it's definitely not suitable for two people, better for a solo trip as it would be too cramped otherwise.

I am unsure it’s due to a chain hotel, so it’s just their business culture. My family didn’t feel welcomed at the very beginning. The most unacceptable thing is that I forgot to pack my AirPod since I used it during the night in bed and it’s hard to see it because the case and beddings are all white. We emailed them about this, but haven’t received a reply after 3 days. This has never happened to me in any hotels.

Great combination between proximity to train station and attractions with what you’d expect from a great hotel.
