Firenze Suite

An absolutely stunning classical suite that is exceptionally spacious—easily the largest room we've ever stayed in in Europe. The location is a bit out of the way, but since all of Florence is quite compact and walkable, it wasn't a problem at all.

Very beautiful. Aesthetically pleasing. Everything is well thought out, and the location is convenient. The ladies at the reception are lovely. Highly recommend.

The room has a great artistic vibe with various paintings and designs. It's quite spacious; the triple room even has a loft with two beds upstairs. Located in the old town, it's very close to all the attractions. The Duomo is just a few steps away, and you can take intercity trains to other sights. The front desk staff are very diligent and responsible. They'll contact you before check-in to confirm your approximate arrival time and contact details, as the front desk isn't always staffed – calling is more convenient if you need assistance. When leaving, they can help you call a local taxi, as Uber isn't very convenient to use here.

The room was great, but it was a shame there was no body wash. Otherwise, everything was perfect!

The room was absolutely gorgeous, with a stunning dome, clean, quiet, and the air conditioning was great. There was even a mini-fridge; you can ask the front desk to refill your water. Surprisingly, the wardrobe turned out to be a kitchenette! The front desk sent several emails to confirm my check-in and even added me on WeChat (for Chinese tourists) to communicate – very convenient and friendly. It's quite close to the Central Market and the Florence Cathedral, but a bit of a walk to the Ponte Vecchio. We were exhausted from walking so much, so we asked the front desk to call a taxi for us, haha. Highly recommend this place!

This hotel was so unique and amazing! We stayed for five days and were incredibly reluctant to leave! It's a small, charming Florentine hotel with only seven rooms. We stayed in the largest one, which connected to a small courtyard—very cozy. The common living room was warm and filled with an artistic atmosphere. The room's dome was about 5 meters high, covered in murals, making us feel like we were sleeping in a castle. On our first night, because it's an old building, the high ceilings, large rooms, and lighting were a bit overwhelming. But after a day, we felt like we had a dialogue with this old building and started to love it more and more. The cleanliness, service, and location were all excellent. The traditional Western-style bedding might not be familiar to some Chinese guests.
