DON'T choose this hotel. DO NOT live here！！！！！！！！！！This is the worst experience the hotel is a shit！！！！！！！There is no front desk ！！！！every thing so SLOW！！！！！！！！The door is so OLD i can't open it and contact the front desk until midnight！！！！！！！！TWO people share one bathroom don't have private attached bathroom。。。。。PLEASE i beg for everyone don't live here or you will become miserable！！！！No WiFi and the weird thing is no signal！！！！！you will disconnected with the world once you live in！！！！GOD bless you please GET OUT OF THIS HOTEL！！！！！

The room is clean and tidy, shampoo and shower gels are provided and the location is quite convenient as there are tram stations nearby.

The room was clean and of a good size, but you had to check in by yourself, there was no luggage storage, there was an elevator that didn't work (you couldn't open it with the key), and the sewer was clogged...

Stayed here for three consecutive days! Sofia is very welcoming. The environment is good! Clean.. The bed is comfortable! People with poor sleep can stay here..

You have to check in by phone, but my phone wasn't working well, so it took a long time to check in. I'm a little scared when I get on the elevator because it feels like it's falling apart. Don't be surprised because the hallway lights turn off automatically.

Outstanding service and comfortable room! I recommend searching for the number on google to contact the property because trip.com forgot to send me the data! Highly recommended in any case for value for money.
