The hotel is a great location to see the city and very comfortable if you arrive by train. The room was clean, not very recently the equipment, but more than worthy. Breakfast of good quality, perhaps a little expensive (15€/pax) but ok. Cute and available staff. I certainly advise you.

This hotel is hands down the best I've stayed at in Italy. First off, for luggage storage, there's dedicated staff to take your bags and bring them back directly to you when you need them. Secondly, the breakfast spread is fantastic; I enjoyed croissants and cappuccinos for two days straight. The location is super convenient too, just a five or six-minute walk from the train station and you're right there.

Very close to the train station, the room was very clean, and it had all the basic amenities. Great value for money. I left early every morning so I didn't get to have breakfast, but the owner even gave me a bread roll when I checked out early. Very kind!

Overall, our stay was pleasant, but there were a few issues that could be improved. On the second night, our towels were not replaced. In addition, the air conditioning was not cooling properly. We reported this to the staff on the first night, but unfortunately, the issue was not fully resolved. There was also quite a lot of noise during the night, which made it difficult for us to sleep well. We hope these issues can be addressed to improve future guests' experience.

The hotel's location is great, very close to the train station with many Chinese restaurants nearby. Since I had an early train, the front desk was kind enough to prepare a breakfast box for me. The room key was quite unique, though a bit heavy, so I left it at the front desk when I went out. On the downside, some parts of the hallway had stairs, which was inconvenient with luggage, and the room wasn't soundproof.

Don't let the average-looking online photos fool you – this hotel is right next to the train station, making it super convenient for transport. The room amenities are quite new, and a big shout-out to the bathroom – it's incredibly clean and spacious! The service is also excellent; just remember to check in before 11 PM. We arrived late, but the front desk left their contact information at the entrance and guided us very patiently. My friend and I both agree we'd stay here again next time!

We recently spent a few wonderful days at Cerretani Hotel, and it exceeded all our expectations. Our room was very spacious, offering plenty of space to relax and unwind. And speaking of relaxation, the bedsheets were incredibly comfy - easily among the best we've ever experienced at a hotel. We slept like a dream! The breakfast was great, with a fantastic selection to start our days right. The hotel's location is also excellent, making it easy to explore the area. And the service at the hotel was top notch! Overall, we absolutely loved our stay and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable, convenient, and truly enjoyable experience.

This hotel was a very reliable choice for our off-season trip to Florence. I booked it just three days before we left, without much planning, simply searching for 'city center,' and I was thoroughly impressed. Here's why I recommend it: 1. **Excellent Breakfast**: The breakfast spread was fantastic, with a wide variety of breads, fruits, hams, and cheeses. I particularly enjoyed the mushrooms – a great way to start the day! 2. **Great Room**: The room was new, spacious, and very clean. The Wi-Fi signal was strong, and they even provided slippers and heating. It was truly comfortable! 3. **Wonderful Service**: The front desk staff were not only handsome but also incredibly helpful. There was even someone dedicated to assisting with luggage. 4. **Fantastic Location for Food**: Right outside the hotel was my absolute favorite restaurant from the trip, called CIRO…. What made it even better was that it was so close and surprisingly free of Korean tourists, which I loved! Plus, there are a few Chinese restaurants on the same street, which is a bonus if you enjoy Chinese food. 5. **Minor Drawback (but with a silver lining)**: The only slight downside is that it's about a 10-15 minute walk from the train station. It's not too far, but with luggage, navigating the uneven cobblestone streets can be a bit challenging. On the flip side, being further from the station means less noise. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel!!!

The clerk was very enthusiastic and responsible, the room was clean and hygienic, and the room layout was very comfortable for three people to stay in without disturbing each other. After checking out, the child (16 years old) didn't want to go out for a walk, so the front desk asked the child to sit in the lobby and wait for us, and stored our luggage for free, so that we could go out and play without worry. Our train was late, and we sat in the lobby for a long time before leaving after shopping. A very reliable store 👍 I will choose this one next time if I have the chance.

Nice and clean hotel and is near to Florence Santa Marie Train station. Need to tale lift shared by 3 hotels. Love the nearby food and supermarket beside Macdonald. All the side is a small carrefour and our favorite Alinani Cafe, Don Nino. Overall, nice room, good location with food and sight seeing with walking distance.
