Good but not great. The location is quiet but close to 24 and an easy commute to the city. I booked a week with a special rate that allowed the property to choose the room and I would not do that again as I ended up in the smallest cheapest room. While I was on the 4th floor and the room was quiet, I could have used the additional space that a larger room would have provided during a long stay. It was my fist stay and I was not oriented to the property - for example, I was not told about the free coffee in the lobby each morning nor that there was guest laundry available. I appreciated that daily housekeeping was offered but they managed to miss something or several things every day despite my leaving a tip each day. There was no hand soap at the sink, the bath mat was not always replaced, on my last night I found a cleaning rag on top of my toiletry bag. If I was supposed to get water each day, I got it twice out of seven nights. If I was supposed to get caramels or another treat every night, I did not. The coffee and tea supplies were not completely replenished despite leaving a note in both English and Spanish asking for additional cream and sugar. The umbrella that was left for me to use was filthy - I left a note on it and it was not replaced. It's the details that matter. Parking was good even when the property was full and the front desk staff was friendly and somewhat helpful. They offer a text service that they, unfortunately, do not monitor even after they initiate the contact. In one case they responded almost 24 hours later which was not helpful. I would have appreciated being able to stream from my own device - this option was not available and seems to be standard at most properties. I asked a question about seeing the meeting space and was told to call another department - that was not helpful - they could have connected me to the person who could have assisted me. I checked out early Saturday morning and received a message many hours later inviting me to check out - this is concerning as I had stopped at the front desk to return my keys.
Outstanding
