The hotel is a modern hotel, but it is a good hotel that is very good, and it is a good hotel that is very good. The room that touched us was taken with silicone and when you bath gives impression. Probably will return. A 3.5 star. Location is excellent, in a tree lined street in Recoleta neighborhood. Across street from a small shopping mall Patio Bullrich, which has movie theatre and cafe. A few blocks north (left) is the good restaurant Fervor and cute cigar bar, both highly recommended. Very good service; again most of the staff don’t speak English. Hotel has a restaurant Alma on the ground floor. A gym, pool (could use some cleaning!) and sauna on the first floor. Our room is spacious, so is the bathroom. The electrical power outlet uses Type I - 3 prong. (Some other hotels in Buenos Aires use European Type F - 2 round prong). I only find one usb port in the room. Bathroom. The corner of the bath tub is beautifully rounded out. Water pressure in the shower is very good. The three essential, shampoo, bath gel and conditioner (that’s how my shower’s sequence) are good but very difficult to get to - the pumps are too small and too close to the wall. Can’t imagine how some one with bigger hand … Open drainage - ok it isn’t ‘open’ but it feels like it - you’ll hear every drop of water down the drain. Maybe it’s their way to remind you to conserve water. Two elevators function well and quick. But at group check out time, it can take for long time. Remedy: go up first.

725 Continental Hotel is in a central position, short walk one way to Plaza de la Republica, with Obelisco, and a short walk the other way to Plaza de Mayo.A stop for the open top bus tours is on the other side of the street. Hailing a taxi is easy on the roadside but reception ordered a taxi without charge. The hotel has no car park, but there is paid-parking nearby. This art deco building is in a street of such buildings making for a scenic cityscape, both from the street and roof top terrace, where there is a bar and small pool. Sunset drinks were enjoyed on the roof. Room and ensuite was large and everywhere was clean. Reception directed us to 2 double rooms before finding the twin we had booked, which was an unwanted inconvenience after a long journey. There was a paid mini bar but no kettle in the room. View was across to the buildings the other side of the street. Air conditioning worked well. The lifts are slow and the wait was tiresome, but fortunately we could use the stairs from our room on a lower floor. Breakfast is served on the first floor, and there is a bar and restaurant on the ground floor, which we did not use. There are tango shows and many restaurants within a short walk of the hotel. Breakfast buffet was adequate with omelettes cooked to order. Window tables have picturesque street views. Facilities give the five star rating, but 725 Continental Hotel is more comfortable than luxurious. Location and service on offer made it good value.

My experience here was absolutely amazing, mainly because of the staff, though it is worth noting, the location is excellent, the rooms are very clean and comfortable, and the breakfast is very good. I needed to extend my stay a few days in a row due to unforeseen circumstances, and each time they were incredibly understanding, accommodating and polite, and were even able to keep me in the same room for the entire duration so that I didn't have to pack up every night and move to another room. Not every host that I spoke with spoke English, but they were all incredibly patient as we used the Google Translate app to converse. By the fourth day, they were pretty much treating me like family, with big smiles and greetings, even though we didn't always understand eachother. The staff make this place 100% worth staying at, the fact that the rooms, location and hotel itself is great is just icing on the cake. Thank you again so much for the hospitality and understanding, you made my stay an incredible one despite the circumstances that forced me to keep extending my stay.

I am Japanese. I hope that I can send a little useful information to the Japanese who will come in the future. The location of the pass is a bit difficult to understand. However, it is located in a place where you can go out immediately in the city, so I am not afraid to move. The cherry blossom service is great. Be careful because it takes something like accommodation tax in the field. The cleaning of the cheek is also quite fine and you can spend the next day clean. The location is good. The service is good too. They are very helpful, especially in calling a taxi. The facilities are above average.

Nice location with very clean rooms, most the places that we wanted to visit. 10-20min walking distance, for longer trips we used Uber . But best part during our visit was the front desk staff, Zaria and Nestor was exceptionally nice and super professional. Zaire made sure that we have best possible experience during our visit in hotel and even giving us tips where to go and what to visit . Overall A++ Thank you .

Hotel with excellent cost benefit. Very good location! For reviews on hosting sites, we ask not to stay at the 1st floor and that's the best tip I can give. Our 2nd floor room was quiet! I think the first floor rooms should suffer a lot with the noise, they offer a simple breakfast that breaks a stick, which would be a thousand times.
