The family room was pretty good, with a very long slide that the kids loved. The unpowered amusement park is huge. It was a shame it rained a bit that day, but there were staff constantly sweeping away the rainwater, which was great. The directions during our visit were also quite clear, saving us a lot of time. The only downside is that the family area and the main building are two completely separate areas, including the parking. I didn't notice this at first and ended up parking at the main building. It would be even better if there were clearer signs at the parking entrance (or maybe I just missed them).

This hotel is more suitable for family trips, but our experience wasn't great because it was too crowded. All the hot spring pools were packed, and there were only four masseuses, so we couldn't get a spot. The evening event was fun for the kids. For people from Guangdong, most of the food was frozen seafood, like lobster, crayfish, fries, beef balls, and offal. However, breakfast was good with a wide variety of dishes. I hope they can make some improvements.

This is our second time staying in the family room at Shiloh Valley with our child, and they absolutely love it! The unpowered playground is huge and never gets old. My only minor gripe is that the family room building is a bit far from the playground; it would be perfect if it were just a little closer.

We booked the Western restaurant buffet, and it was super crowded at first. I'd recommend going after 7:30 PM; it's much more enjoyable when it's less busy, and you can really savor the food! The unpowered playground was huge and a big hit with the kids!

Breakfast was delicious, and the 'Sleepless Valley' (entertainment area) was both fun and offered great food. Highly recommend!

The villa's environment is quite nice, and it's very clean. The butler service was also great; they thought of every detail. We chose Xilegu for the kids' autumn break, and we got to enjoy hot springs, delicious food, and the kids had a blast at the unpowered playground.

Plus, there was a pool for a relaxing soak. The hotel's included activities were also worth it; the breakfast was delicious, and the hot springs were amazing! I'll definitely come back with my family next time.

The rooms are full of childlike fun, making it a perfect resort for both leisure and entertainment, where adults and children can all find something enjoyable. There are golf cart shuttles between all the attractions within the resort, which is very convenient. The staff are warm, polite, and patiently helpful, making for a great experience.

I didn't want to go out and just wanted to relax at the hotel, and this place was perfect. I booked a package that included breakfast and dinner, and there were even playground facilities for the kids, which was very convenient. The room did have a bit of a musty smell, which could be improved, but other than that, everything else was great. I'd definitely come back again!

The kids absolutely love playing in the water in summer and the non-motorized park in winter, while the seniors can enjoy the hot springs. It's rare to find a family-friendly trip that caters to everyone so well. The breakfast is also fantastic with a huge selection; the restaurant is spacious with plenty of seating, and the food choices are diverse and abundant. Plus, there are lollipops that the kids just can't resist – highly recommend!

Recommended by Xiyou, I didn't hesitate to book. I actually didn't realize there was a breakfast-included package. But it was still great! There's a hot spring, a water park, a camping ground, an unpowered amusement park, and animal feeding. What else? An art space, very rich in offerings. The night before we left, I saw so many 'avoid at all costs' posts on Xiaohongshu that my heart sank... but when we got there, it was perfectly fine! The room was nice and the balcony view was great! The butler was responsive and provided useful information. They even helped with a late check-out, which was perfect for finishing breakfast before heading to the unpowered park, feeding the animals, and swimming. The breakfast had a good variety and tasted delicious! My child wasn't awake until past 10 AM, so I told the staff at the breakfast entrance to wake them. The staff member kindly offered to let me get food first and place it on the table, saying she'd tell the other staff not to clear it. She even thoughtfully helped pour milk 🥛.
