The receptionist “bald guy” was very rude when I was asking him to give me the master key for my room and when I asked him how long I would have to wait he circled the word,” patiently,” on the note he gave us and said, “that is your answer.” When I leave and the cleaners come in they folded my jumper inside out and fold my towels that I had used instead of getting new ones. The food was terrible I haven’t ate worse food in my life. The chicken I was given was red raw and there was some sort of green pasta with lots of lumps in it. To heat the food they put candles underneath it

The place is the worst place I have ever stayed the food it vile i have to starve for breakfast and dinner the only good thing is it has a pizza place beside downtown I left my key in the room and I could not go in and the person in charge was so rude we had to get in are room or we would be late he circled the word patiently And they never ever Renew the towels it is disgusting 🤮 I would never never ever!!! Return to this place

This hotel needs more workersonly has 3 workers in the whole hotel . awful scran they reduce reuse recycle the same bread everynight , wifi is awful , receptionist so rude shouted at us for asking for a new room key , give very small portions of food , the owner will come over to you if your legs are up in the lounge , only have one pillow per bed , shower door came off first time used the shower, not a lot of plugs in the room. they don’t even use a shovel to shovel the ice off of the path which made me have a bad fumble, they have tv’s in the room with no remote . the butler (he sings) does not speak English and gets out a sticky microwave phone to use Google translate to speak to you

Hotel with a not very convenient location because it is on the edge of town reachable only through a not very easy underpass, and with a cheap management. The portions of the restaurant have always been very small and sometimes we were even told that the dishes were finished and therefore we had to make do. The rooms are furnished in a minimal way, in particular the bathrooms are not even equipped with a small shelf to put your personal effects.

The mountain bike trails start not far away, all very beautiful. The cleanliness and order, in the hotel, are remarkable. The rooms are spacious, welcoming and well kept, the bathroom sufficiently large and without architectural barriers, kept in more than good conditions. Terrible structure, poor food. We changed 2 rooms because in the first one the shower didn't work, there were no windows and the heating was at maximum and it was very hot, instead in the second one the toilet didn't flush. After having redone the rooms they didn't clean anything and they didn't even put toilet paper back, we had to go down to the reception to get it. ABSOLUTE DISGUST DO NOT GO!!!
