The food was absolutely shocking I didn’t eat a single one they provided for us the only remotely good thing about this hotel is the fact it’s next to the ski lifts the food made one of my friends sick and my vegetarian friend was served food with meat one of the other kids had a nut and a gluten allergy and they were accommodating to him though I was on a school trip and one of the kids rooms door was broken and the rooms were so un secure if you try you could get into any the staff seemed nice enough our showers were moldy and gross but I did have the trip of a life time and would do it again in a diffrent hotel . I wish you good luck

The hotel is ok, my child went with the school. Rooms were satisfactory, the bins in the rooms are tiny so a room of 4 you can imagine the about of rubbish they can create. From the feedback about the food it wasn't very nice and they didn't really eat while they were staying there. The hotel charged £2.50 for a bottle of water and there is a shop that sells a big bottle for 60 cents my children brought a lot of drinks during their stay

Parto dal dire che se volete passare una vacanza da ricordare positivamente questo è il posto sbagliato per voi.Cibo scarso e di pessimo livello ,servizio altrettanto (il capo sala dopo la segnalazione di un capello ritrovato in un piatto è arrivato a dire che non era possibile poiché i cuochi erano pelati!!!),per quanto riguarda il servizio all’interno dell’hotel il personale ,eccetto alcuni ragazzi ,era simpatico ma poco professionale e rinvenibile solo fino alle 11 ,dopo di che qualunque richiesta sarebbe stata esaudita dalla mattina del giorno successivo poiché la reception è vuota.Unica nota positiva è il servizio di pulizia delle camere ,nelle quali il riscaldamento era esageratamente alto Ps :consiglio per la cena di andare piuttosto nella pizzeria affianco

Sono stata ospite della struttura dal 1 all’8 marzo e il giudizio globale è HO SPESO BENISSIMO I MIEI SOLDI! Nel dettaglio parto dal fatto che l’albergo è classificato 3 stelle; la camera è piccola con mobili essenziali e un po' vecchiotti, ma pulita e questo per una settimana è più che sufficiente; lo staff dall’animazione a camerieri, pulizie, reception giovane e soprattutto sempre sorridente e gentile; il cibo di qualità ottima e vario, un punto di forza certamente antipasti e dolci. In sintesi 3 stelle per la camera, 4 stelle per servizio e ristorazione la posizione per gli sciatori è eccezionale

siamo arrivati e ci hanno assegnato una stanza da 4 con la finestra rotta, passava l’aria di notte abbiamo reclamato il fatto in reception e ci hanno detto che sarebbe venuto il manutentore a riparare il danno ma ha solo aggiunto il nastro adesivo alla finestra, abbiamo dovuto dormire due notti al freddo, poi ci hanno cambiato stanza dopo i numerosi reclami. servizio igienico pietoso abbiamo avuto addirittura lenzuoli e asciugamani sporchi di sangue per non parlare del servizio di ristorazione porzioni veramente minime, l’unico vantaggio è che sta a 100 metri dalla cabinovia; pessima esperienza.

Salve era mio dovere recensire questo hotel , siamo stati benissimo cucina al top varie e gustosissima io che amo i primi al dente devo dare merito a gli chef che sanno fare il loro lavoro complimenti per Tutto. Una nota un po stonata il personale di sala non proprio gentile e disponibile . Comunque tornerò perché non è facile trovare una cucina così buona in vacanza .

Salve volevo consigliare l'hotel a chi vuole trascorrere una bella settimana in famiglia abbiamo mangiato benissimo buffet veramente gradevole x il palato ma anche x gli occhi ben assortito i primi davvero ottimi direi gustosi avrei voluto conoscere gli chef ho chiesto al cameriere ma in modo sgarbato mi ho detto impossibile . Nn fa nulla camere pulite spa piccolina ma confortevole . Tornerò x godermi i bellissimi tramonti
