Welcome to Capt. Morgan’s Beach House! This spacious three-story retreat, with five bedrooms, comfortably hosts groups of 5-11 guests. Nestled on East Ashley Ave, directly across from Folly Beach access, you’ll love the unbeatable location. Plus, parking is a breeze—there’s space for two small vehicles under the carport and one large vehicle in front. Additional street parking is available; just be sure to pull all the way off the pavement.
Step Inside
Enter through the front ramp into the sunroom, a cozy space featuring a large Smart TV with streaming services. As you move into the open-concept living area, you’ll find a charming seating area centered around a gas fireplace—the perfect spot to unwind after a day at the beach.
At the heart of the home, the kitchen is designed for gathering. Its vaulted ceilings, large dining table for 10, and spacious island seating make it perfect for group meals and entertaining. The well-stocked kitchen has everything you need to whip up your favorite dishes. Just outside, the back patio offers a propane grill, comfortable lounge seating, and an outdoor dining table with a large umbrella for shade—just remember to close it when not in use to keep it from catching the ocean breeze!

The home’s five bedrooms are spread across all three levels, offering plenty of space and privacy. Each bedroom features a Smart TV, so you can stream your favorite shows before drifting off to sleep.
Main Floor:
Master Bedroom – King bed, private balcony, breathtaking marsh views, and an ensuite bathroom with a jacuzzi tub and walk-in shower.
Second Bedroom – Queen bed, conveniently located near the first-floor bathroom with a walk-in shower.
Upstairs:
Third Bedroom – Queen bed, twin daybed, ample storage, and plenty of space to settle in.
Ground Floor:
Fourth Bedroom – Queen bed, built-in bookshelves, and a peaceful reading nook.
Fifth Bedroom – Two twin beds, opening directly to the backyard and porch swing.

Make the most of the outdoor shower after a beach day, then follow the path past the parking area to the dock. With stunning views of the Morris Island Lighthouse and Ravenel Bridge, it’s the perfect place to start your morning with coffee or wind down with a sunset drink.
Please note: The fireplace in the primary bedroom is currently out of service and will be replaced in January.
GUEST ACCESS: All guests staying with Stay Duvet have been granted access to The Wonderer Charleston for a fee.

peninsula. The property includes a swimming pool, onsite eateries for breakfast, lunch,
dinner, trendy cocktails, and of course poolside cabanas! It also includes an indoor gym and
fitness studio with daily classes, a recovery room full of spa therapies, private
and shared workspaces, live music, and an active calendar of social events.

*Access to the Wonderer is Subject to change based on Seasonality, Weather factors, and are
first come, first serve, so please make sure to confirm operating hours for the dates of your stay. For visits between April 15th - September 1st, we strongly recommend booking in advance to ensure access. Groups of 8 or more guests are strongly encouraged to book a cabana in advance to ensure an ultimate, premium experience poolside
All guests must be at least 25 years or older to access the Club unless approved is given by The Wonderer management team.

this as an added perk. If access is not granted to the Wonderer during your stay due to
availability, no inconvenience credits will be awarded, and any issues related to your visit
at The Wonderer must be directed exclusively to The Wonderer staff. *

*Pet policy: Our home is not pet friendly but ADA service animals are always welcome. Please let us know before booking.
*We provide starting supply for coffee, toiletries, trash bags, tide pods, and dishwasher pods. There is a nearby convenience store if you need to pick up more during your stay.
*If the property includes a washer and dryer, we kindly ask that you use them to refresh your towels during your stay. While you don’t need to wash towels or linens at checkout, please note that we have a limited supply and may not be able to provide extras unless the home lacks a laundry room.
*Crib and high chair available for an ADDITIONAL RENTAL FEE and must be ordered 48 hours in advance in order to guarantee it is in the home prior to guest arrival*
*Evacuation Policy: Get a full refund within 72 hours in case of a MANDATORY evacuation in Charleston County
