Great stay, clean room comfortable bed, more so as we left our pillow there.... Well equipped room and bathroom with good shower. Lovely pub, very nice food. Very dog friendly pub. Would definitely use again if travelling in the area.

Stayed here to break up our journey on the way back from two weeks in the north of Scotland. Easy to find, and to park outside. The young lady who checked us in was very welcoming, helpful and professional. Room was very comfortable, clean and quiet. Excellent evening meal, and high quality cooked breakfast in the morning. All in all, a very good stay, very happy.

We stayed in the cottage for one night as a break on our journey to Aberdeenshire from Hampshire. The cottage is lovely, very clean and even has a fuzeball table which our teenage sons loved. We received a warm welcome including our dog. There are TVs in all the rooms and a very well equipped kitchen. If you don’t want to cook, try the food in the pub, that also was excellent and great value.

We were pleasantly surprised with our room,it was of good size and and airy with a view of the garden.The shower was amazing - large,easy to use and good pressure.The breakfast would have fed a family and was beautifully cooked and presented. The only drawback to our stay was the evening meal on our last night,the meal arrived after we had waited a considerable time,the mashed potato potato was dry and lumpy and the pie overcooked.The place was very busy and had minimal staff which I felt was a major contribution to this problem.Overall our stay was enjoyable and the staff were great,pleasant and friendly.Yes,I would stay again and intend to in the immediate future
