Room: 7/10 It is worth praising that the room is large, but a bit old, and the wash basin is not in the bathroom, so you have to come out and wash your hands every time you use the toilet;
Location: 7/10 There is a Tim Horton about 100 meters away. There seems to be no other restaurants. We just passed by and stayed for one night;
Cleanliness: 5/10 Found long hair on the bed, apparently the bedding was not changed before we checked in；
Sleep Quality: 8/10 The room is not close to the road, so we can hardly hear the noise from the road；
Breakfast: 7/10 Provide basic family-style breakfast, conveniently solving the breakfast problem；

The beds were comfortable. It was bigger than we expected. Shower had lots of pressure, which hotels don’t have these days. Overall it was a good experience.

Pro.. the room was large and very clean. The staff was excellent. Con.. soundproofing from the room directly above us was non existent. It sounded like work boots pacing back and forth. The mattresses were due to be replaced. The air conditioner wasn’t attached to the outside vent. I connected it no problem. Still a gem but just needs a little polish.

One noght Stand is enough
It's a strategically located motel which is fine for max a couple of nights.
Unfortunately, the rooms are AC'd with stand-up portable AC units in the room and of course will be loud during the hot summer nights.
To have quiet, the unit was turned of and we slept with the window open.
The condition of rooms and motel all functional but need some "luv" to be spruced up.
