Luigina was absolutely amazing. Went and bought ice packs for my sister who had a broken toe, drove us to the train station multiple times, ordered pizzas for our tea, helped us navigate buses and trains. Highly recommend this place and if I ever return I will come back. We are from Australia.

Chambre parfaite, super bien équipée et très bien insonorisée. Literie au top. Emplacement idéal pour se rendre à Venise. Vous trouverez un livret d'explications super. En revanche il faut savoir que j'y ai dormi 3 nuits et jamais vu d'hôte !!! Alors que soit disant hôtesse super sympa et qui parle français.... Si vous cherchez un super hébergement fantôme c'est idéal. Si vous souhaitez rencontrer des italiens passez votre chemin J'allais oublier le petit déjeuner est compris dans le prix et heureusement car désastreux....soit disant qu'il y a des produits frais C faux... Que des produits industriels

Siamo stati in questo delizioso BB a Spinea, molto comodo per visitare Venezia. La proprietaria, Luigina è stata gentilissima e disponibile, tutto perfetto : camera nuova e pulitissima, colazione assortita, parcheggio gratuito. Lo consiglio veramente!!

Nos alojamos 3 noches en el hotel para ver Venecia. La habitación super cómoda (tanto cama como almohada), muy limpia y acogedora. La anfitriona un 10, nos hizo sentir como en casa, hizo todo lo posible porque nuestra estancia fuese perfecta. No faltaron las recomendaciones de comida y visitas, resolvió todas nuestras dudas. Muy bien ubicado, en el tren estás a 20 minutos de Venecia. El desayuno muy completo y rico, con bollería casera. Sin duda, en nuestra próxima visita a la ciudad repetiremos sitio. Muy recomendable.

Überaus freundliche, aufmerksame und sehr hilfsbereite Herbergschefin! DANKE! da macht man gerne Urlaub und wir kommen auch gerne wieder! Absolut empfehlenswert! Sehr gute Anbindung in die Stadt (Venedig) mit Bus und Bahn, Zugticket pP 2,80€ (fährt alle 20 min) kostenlose Parkplätze am Bahnhof Das Zimmer war geräumig, klimatisiert und mit allem was man braucht ausgestattet. tägliche Zimmerreinigung, so akkurat als würde man gerade einchecken. Luigina ist sehr hilfsbereit und erfüllt „jeden“ extra Wunsch Wir bedanken uns für den schönen Aufenthalt, freuen uns dich kennengelernt zu haben und hoffen auf ein baldiges Wiedersehen Ewa & Chris
