"As a loyal Hilton customer, and a fan of this brand, I have to say I was disappointed. We booked the King Suite, which has a separate bedroom. Upon arrival, the water was brown, which happens in some areas, however they should at minimum provided 2 bottles of water. The bedroom was missing a pillow, and the pillows that was provided must be original to the property. Neither of us slept well, and it was a direct result of the poor quality pillows. The restroom has 2 doors, one leads to the kitchenette and the other to the bedroom. The pocket door to the bedroom was broken and would not close even slightly. Zero privacy in the restroom due to the door not closing at all. I think the strangest part was this was 2 different hotels in one. Half of it was a Hampton Inn and the other half the Home 2 Suites. Signage is not clear, we actually went around in circles trying to locate the Home 2 Suites elevator, we got a great laugh. The breakfast was more like Hampton, and was on their side, not the traditional Home 2 Suites breakfast. If you’re looking for a place to stop for a night, this will work, you might want to bring your own pillow. It was clean, safe, parking was packed but that’s great because that means their occupancy rate was high. The parking lot very well lit, didn’t have any concerns with the safety of my car. A 3 star isn’t a bad review, it means it’s an average property. Would I stay there again? Maybe, as long as the restroom doors shut and we had better pillows. "

"DO NOT STAY HERE. My family is very used to cheaper hotel/motel rooms when traveling so we had low expectations. I expected plain features, some noise, and outdated furniture. This place was on a whole different level and shouldn't be opened. In addition to the extreme noise and tenants who lived in the rooms asking for things from my partner, there was mold on the walls, roaches/eggs in the pictures, exposed wires sticking out of the walls including in the bathroom. The outlet that the TV went to didn't work and we couldn't try another because the cord was screwed to the wall. The blanket had large dirty spots and stains all over it. I could see outside through the gap in the side and bottom of the door as well as a hole by the AC. We went to the office and asked for a refund due to the condition - there was absolutely no hope that any other room was in better shape - and the lady said she wanted to see it, as if she didn't believe us. She saw it and just said "ok". I had to file for a cancelation/refund through the app to get a refund. This place isn't safe at all, inside or out. It isn't safe for children with the wires and no one should be expected to sleep in a bed surrounded by mold and covered in dirt and stains. I have no idea how this place is even opened."
