"I typically stay here once a week when I’m in town. Most of the issues are minimal so I never complain. Last night, I discovered my microwave didn’t work. I was going to use the hot plate to warm my food. It didn’t work. So I called the front desk and she told me to come down and use the microwave. I didn’t want to do that at 12am but hey I needed to eat. Then the refrigerator started making my noise, which I reported this morning before checking out. So the manager calls me, ask what the issues were, kept me on hold;I guess she went to check the room, she got back on and said since i had a discount there’s nothing she can do. So basically since i have a discount, my experience is null and void. I really hate that because regardless of a discount. I’m still a gold member."

"DO NOT STAY HERE. My family is very used to cheaper hotel/motel rooms when traveling so we had low expectations. I expected plain features, some noise, and outdated furniture. This place was on a whole different level and shouldn't be opened. In addition to the extreme noise and tenants who lived in the rooms asking for things from my partner, there was mold on the walls, roaches/eggs in the pictures, exposed wires sticking out of the walls including in the bathroom. The outlet that the TV went to didn't work and we couldn't try another because the cord was screwed to the wall. The blanket had large dirty spots and stains all over it. I could see outside through the gap in the side and bottom of the door as well as a hole by the AC. We went to the office and asked for a refund due to the condition - there was absolutely no hope that any other room was in better shape - and the lady said she wanted to see it, as if she didn't believe us. She saw it and just said "ok". I had to file for a cancelation/refund through the app to get a refund. This place isn't safe at all, inside or out. It isn't safe for children with the wires and no one should be expected to sleep in a bed surrounded by mold and covered in dirt and stains. I have no idea how this place is even opened."
