The problem was the ubiquitous smell of ********* smoke on my floor. No one seemed to be doing anything about it so I will be avoiding this hotel in the future. I’m not a prude but I also don’t want my hotel to smell like my college dorm."

"The hotel is very stylish, with exceptionally high ceilings in the rooms, at least 3.5 meters high, and the decor is very cozy. However, the hotel has terrible soundproofing; I'm woken up by all sorts of noises every morning at 7 am – it's completely uninsulated. The bathroom floor tiles are beautiful, and there are even coffee cups; I love these details."

"We had to travel in 2 groups at 2 different times, which made it difficult to be able to check in like we wanted. The front desk clerk was very accommodating and helped us out tremendously. My daughter & her family had a problem with their room and it was quickly addressed and they were given another room that was still close to mine. It was a very stressful time for us due to the reason we had to travel to our location but having the cooperation and concern of the staff was extremely helpful."
