Stayed there on a Saturday nite on way to Florida and then the following Friday on the way home. There was only one gentleman working the desk both nites. It was the same man both times. He was extremely slow at checking people in. It was spring break so therefore they needed more than 1 person. The lines were very long. Both rooms were on the first floor by the stairs/ice machine. Both rooms had wet bathroom floors from leaking showers. We had to put towels down as soon as we walked in. The first room the bed was hard as a rock. The second time the bed was comfier. The rooms were very noisy as people were up and down the stairs all nite, esp in the morning when people drug their suitcases down the stairs. The first morning for breakfast we got there at 7:30am and there was no coffee, milk, juice, muffins, etc. We had to ask for everything to be refilled. The second time there was no pancakes, oatmeal, bread, etc. Once again we had to ask. Also the ice machine rarely worked. We’ve stayed at this hotel many times for spring break and each year it gets a little bit worse.

Absolutely horrible. The floors in the room were beyond filthy. Bath tub had a mildew ring around it. Very loud outside our room all night. The front desk staff at check-invshould not be allowed to work with the public. We had a late check in and you couldn't walk into the office, they keep it completely locked, you have to talk through a hole in the glass. That, in itself, speaks volumes.
