overall it was still a pretty comfortable stay and i had a good experience at the hotel. the location is what it is so obviously don’t expect any particularly nice views or anything like that, but for what we needed it worked perfectly fine. the only thing that was genuinely annoying was the shower situation.. there was no detachable shower head, so u basically have no choice but to get ur hair wet every time u shower, which was honestly a bit inconvenient. apart from that everything was comfortable and the stay was absolutely fine for a few nights!

This hotel is right next door to the Fireside Dinner Theater, so it was convenient, after a show to stay here. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The room was clean and comfortable. Very economical, too. It is a great value and good resting spot for sure! Also, coffee and a light breakfast are provided.

Very clean, comfortable, affordable and safe hotel on the edge of town. We were very pleased. The breakfast was good, not fancy. Staff was friendly and accommodating. We recommend this hotel.

Arrived on hot June afternoon & air conditioner was not even on in the room. We instantly smelled horrible odors in the room, it was not pleasant. The room also seemed “damp” in general. We stayed two nights and were basically only there to sleep. The second night when we arrived back to our room, it smelled like someone had been smoking in our room. The four of us did not sleep well due to the quality of the room. Room was cheaper than other hotels in the area, but definitely should have spent a little more to have a room we could have slept comfortably in. Would not recommend and would never stay there again.

Two travelers we received two towels. Asked for more. Out side needs to be redone, old garbage cans, painted tub and no elevator.

Was clean and the bed comfortable and adequate for what we paid for an overnight stay. Was great that we could walk to the Fireside. Staff was very friendly and accommodating.

This is an old property, and the rooms reflect the age. Not bad, dirty, or in disrepair, but well used and not updated. The breakfast had decent variety, but the "hot" items were not very good at all, maybe because they were kept in steamer trays with no heat source. But the waffle maker worked great, and the coffee machine serves hot fresh brew 24/7. Front desk staff was mostly absent during key hours (like morning check out). Seems like they live on the property, and spend more time there than being available to serve customers, etc. But, the price was right, and more reasonable than brand name accommodations in nearby Whitewater.

The freezer needed to be defrosted, badly. I left a watch charger there and they wouldn't send it to me. I had to arrange for UPS to pick it up and deliver it. (I live 5 hours away). Seemed pretty cheap onn their part. Especially after I paid for 2 days and only stayed 1.

Room was clean but smaller than we are use to. Breakfast had several options to choose from. Hairdryer overheated really fast. Coffe maker didn’t work, but thanks to breakfast area close by got coffee from there
