The stay was nice and staff are nice with special mention to Justin. He made sure he responded to our booking and made us feel welcome. The property is old. The food was just okay. Does not justify the price at all.

The staff are very helpful. Check in process is very fast. Have a good view on Loch Ness. Breakfast is very good. Have a wonderful holiday for the trip.

Old building overlooking Loch Ness. There is a parking lot and many visitors. The lobby and restaurant services are OK, but the cleaning is not in place, the sink does not drain, the plug is blocked, there is no open valve, and it is too bad to use. There is dust on the desk lamp.

Very good hotel. It was a pleasant surprise during the trip. The hotel is very retro and very stylish. You can hike to Loch Ness nearby, which is a beautiful photo spot.

這是一個有着歷史年代感的小小酒店。來之前對酒店不抱希望，因為價格是自駕蘇格蘭中最低的，而且旺季人多房滿。但是大堂經理非常熱情，主動幫我們將行李搬到三層，並告知以後要在訂單中備註要求安排一樓的住宿，酒店會優先按照客人要求提供。房間儘管基本上在靠近酒店盡頭，但是面積不小，而且是一張2米寬的大床。房間還贈送了WALKER‘S黃油餅乾和巧克力粉。英式早餐也一應俱全。因為下雨，我和閨蜜在酒店吃了晚餐，PIZZA味道很好。酒店前草坪上那2個長椅和酒店周圍那一片片綠茵茵層次分明的植被滋潤了心房。一個設施隨古老但設備齊全乾凈而温暖的小酒店，
