Bayfront Hotel

The location is excellent. It's perfectly fine for a solo traveler. The pizza place next to the hotel is also delicious.

The best advantage of this hostel (because it's a hostel and not a hotel) is its location in the city center and, considering the conditions of stay, its cleanliness. In general, the place had its glory in the 70s or 80s of the previous century. There is no elevator, access to the floors is via narrow stairs. I don't know if the restaurant was in operation, because it was used as a luggage storage :-), so food is only available in the city. Friendly service, English-speaking, which is rare in French-speaking countries.

El hotel está cerrado de 11h., checkout hasta las 15h., checkin por tanto si llegas en ese tiempo tienes que esperar con las maletas enfrente sentado en el parque si no llueve o en un chiringuito porque tampoco te informan. La habitación es amplia pero con los mínimos muebles, casi monacal. No hay frigorífico, las toallas de ducha finas y pequeñas; y en el lavabo una minúscula pastilla de jabón y un sobrecito con gel. Nada más. Tampoco te permiten dejar las maletas un rato fuera después del checkout y el encargado es un poco pasota, no te da opciones. En la habitación, la ventana no aisla bien y hasta la 1am. se oye la música del bar de abajo y todo el jaleo. Una vez que haces el checkout a la calle como un perro. Es la primera vez que me atienden así en un hotel después de 125 países visitados. No lo recomiendo para nada. Hay mejores opciones.
