From the moment we arrived, we had difficulties communicating. Nobody at reception spoke English, and they had to call someone who could speak English to assist us. Unfortunately, this set the tone for the rest of our holiday, as we found that almost nobody at the resort spoke English. The kids' activities were all conducted in French, meaning our daughter could not participate. For a family resort that welcomes international visitors, we found this very disappointing. The accommodation itself is also outdated and in need of a serious revamp. Considering the price we paid, we simply don't feel that the experience offers good value for money. We also didn't bother trying the restaurant. On the one occasion we went to get ice cream, the staff member serving us did not speak any English, and communication was already difficult. We felt that trying to order a meal would have been unnecessarily challenging. The one positive aspect was the water park, which was the only part of the resort we genuinely enjoyed. Unfortunately, we will not return. From the very beginning of our stay, we did not feel welcomed, and the language barrier made the entire holiday more difficult than it needed to be.
