Excellent stay. Only complaint was this single ply toilet paper parking was good. Had a nice back patio air-conditioned worked great. Would definitely go back

Apartment extremely plain, no decor no decorations or paintings on wall bed was comfortable old style blinds when the sun came up was very light in the rooms. Security light outside kept coming on when a car came down the street had a kitchenette however no stove. There was a hot plate in one of the closets. AC worked well in the living room and bedroom. However, the apartment had a bad odor smelled like cat urine connected with the host and he said no control over what other renters cooked, but it didn’t smell like food asked for housekeeping to come never came bought myself Lysol disinfectant spray it helped a little no TV in the bedroom only in the living room and no couch had two small recliners

Studio was very comfortable and welcoming. It is convenient to shopping and restaurants. Short drive to Fort Myers Beach.

I enjoyed my stay. Rooms were spotless. Location was pretty close to the beach and parks which was a big plus.

I wasn’t there for more than about 7 hours but it was clean, comfy bed, shower was stocked! Thank you!

The whole experience was weird, but in the end we had a good night's rest. A number of things could be improved: 1 the check-in was strange. Going to the listed address, to find out we were staying elsewhere. 2 Change the sheets, they smelled heavily of Fabreeze, which made us wonder if they had been washed. 3 Improve the exterior and entranceway. We couldn’t tell if we were in the right place, because the street number was almost invisible. However, it was clean and the shower was excellent.

This property was just what we were looking for. We came to visit with family and our cousin in a wheelchair was able to even come in the apartment. We will be back! Please get blackout curtains for bedroom.

Contactless check in, and the directions and communication ahead of time were very thorough and easy to follow. Perfect place for a couple to stay, quiet and had everything we needed-including free, convenient parking.

Convenient location near beach trolley, walking distance to restaurants, stores, mini golf, etc. Overall great value!
