Have stayed here before and suited us to return. Its a good comfortable place for a few night stopover, comfortable and well located. Great value and would be happy to return

There is a free parking lot but it isn't large enough for the guests. We went out for a bit and came back and couldn't get a space, the person at the front desk was rude ("I don't run this hotel so not responsible for your problems"), they sent us to an paid (10 pound) parking lot that was much too far away (had to walk 5 min up a hill), they said it cost a fraction of what it actually did. Room was smelly, sink backed up while we were there. Just an awful experience, ruined our stay in Fort William (otherwise a nice town)

Stayed here for one night as was just passing through. Great value for money, room spacious and very very clean , so hats off to the room attendants. We managed to get parked in the hotel parking bay - bonus! Checking in was easy and polite staff. No noise when it was evening time. Bathroom small but useable and clean. Bath and shower. No problems at all. Would stay again.

Lovely hotel. Reception staff were attentive and helpful, lent me a hairdryer as well.z Parking limited but we had a space out the back. Comfy beds, shower was hot. Large room, phone signal wasn’t great and the 30 minutes of Wi-Fi wasn’t strong enough. Great base for a visit around Fort William.

They have a room for disabled but you CANNOT get into building safely I used a mobility scooter and walker and was very nervous having to go on road would not attempt with my wheelchair
