The lady at the front desk was very nice.
I was satisfied overall, but there was something under the toilet tank that looked like it was to prevent cockroaches, so I was nervous during my stay, thinking "What if we get some?".
I didn't actually encounter any cockroaches, but it was still frightening.

Excellent stay, almost 5 star but the floors in my room were a little sticky. About a15 minute uber to Stockyards (20 bucks) and 30 minutes to DFW. (40 bucks)

The hotel room's bathtub was dirty and had hair in it like it wasn't cleaned prior to stay.Still came in and did housekeeping even though do not disturb sign was hung on door and bathtub still wasn't clean.No easy access from side of hotel and room was close to highway,noisy....breakfast was cold.Will not be staying here again.

Nice but noisy
The room was big, clean and the bed was very comfortable. Staff was very friendly. Breakfast was so- so. Sausage was tough and the pancake batter machine was almost empty one morning.
Negatives were it’s right next to a highway so traffic was noisy. Walls are thin. Each night it sounded like people were stomping on the floor in the room above us. I had to call the front desk one night to complain at 12:30.
There wasn’t a walk in shower, just a tiled floor in the bathroom with a toilet. I didn’t feel comfortable standing on the tiled floor to take a shower just didn’t seem sanitary to me, plus the water went almost over to the toilet since it is just one big area with nothing dividing the shower from the other part of the room.
Because of the Highway noise and how thin the walls are I wouldn’t stay here again.

I recently stayed at this hotel and it was fantastic. The place smells wonderful from the minute of arrival - the room was clean and comfortable. Also, the staff members were friendly and attentive.

The staff were very friendly, the room itself was overall nice but a few things were not working properly. The entry door back panel was a little loose, the shower would only get to extremely hot temperatures or extremely cold and would not go warm. The room was stuffy as hell when you first walked in and it took awhile for the AC to work.

I liked the area around the hotel, service was nice, and breakfast had different options which I loved. What I didn’t liked was that the room had a weird small upon entering, the gym was a bit dirty and ac was on 80. Other than that I loved my stay, pool was nice, parking was easy, staff were very nice.

Great for the price, the breakfast was good, very clean room and the beds are comfortable and staff friendly. Really I didn’t expect it to be this nice but the reviews are pretty spot on so made me feel good to choose to book. The only thing is there is no streaming services. Just old fashion tv, which was okay with me.
