The hotel check-in process lasted too long and unfortunately the pool of the hotel was closed (but alternative is foreseen). That being said, the staff is extremely friendly, the hotel is very safe, the food (breakfast and dinner) exceeded my expectations and the shower was amazing. The location of the hotel is perfect. To go to the room might take time because of old elevators.

Exactly 10 years ago, I chose Hotel Seara as my accommodation in Fortaleza, trusting in its proposal of excellence and competing directly with the renowned Gran Marquise. However, over the years, I have witnessed a regrettable degradation in your facilities and services. Once a high point in quality and service, today I see the opposite happening. Mediocrity seems to have settled into the management mentality, culminating in a series of problems that affect the guest experience. The lack of zeal, organization and investment in maintenance and quality became evident, reflected in dirt, low quality food and general decadence. I regret to inform you that, on the last day of my stay, I encountered an intolerable situation: a cockroach in the food area. This incident is just the culmination of a series of issues that future guests will certainly face if there is not a drastic change in the hotel's management and attitude. However, it is fair to recognize that, even in the face of these challenges, the employees at Hotel Seara remain a positive point. Staff like Dayana, at the reception, Ivan, at the restaurant, and Pablo, responsible for preparing the tapioca, stand out for their professionalism and dedication, even in the face of the difficulties faced. I sincerely hope that this message is received with the seriousness it deserves and that Urgent measures are taken to restore the reputation and quality of Hotel Seara.

Melhor localização de fortaleza, café da manhã excelente, quarto grande, banheiro com boa iluminação, chuveiro bom, mas o botão de descarga do vaso deu problema duas vezes, informei a recepção e logo arrumaram, a cama é maior que o tamanho super king (enorme) bem confortável, porém só tem lençol fino. A comida do restaurante é deliciosa, atendimento dos funcionários muito prestativos, só o bar da piscina que achei o atendimento fraco. No geral, eu adorei, me hospedaria novamente com toda certeza.

Hotel muito bom, deixou a desejar na hora do Check-in, muito demorado o atendimento, o fato de não ter um estacionamento particular também me deixou intrigado, mas de resto foi perfeito

Dump, I've never stayed in such a bad place. Everything is terrible, leaking air conditioning, walls made with paper, the bed doesn't have a quilt and they can't provide it even if you ask for it, terrible service, the elevator is always crowded, the pillow smells bad, a total disaster.

Beautiful experience since my husband and I don’t speak Portuguese. Seara Praia Hotel staff were very kind and helpful. Iramis and Yasmine welcomed us with warm smiles and patience. Seara Praia Hotel is centrally located near to so many restaurants and beach access.👍

We had a great experience at Seara Praia! All the staff were wonderful! Beautiful location and hotel! We were very pleased with our stay. Great breakfast and lots of options for passeios and things to do in Fortaleza Would recommend to others!

Let's start with the positive: the service was very good, everyone was very kind and helpfull. The breakfast was pretty good also, with the standard Brazilian breakfast options. However the facilities themself are nowhere near the 4 star level. The rooms are pretty warn out. We booked double but got triple which meant that in a room that already was quite small to start with, there was no free space. The side sea view meant a direct view to a building right in front. The mattress, pillows and bed linen are of very, VERY average quality. The pool on the rooftop is nice, although small, with only 4 pairs of sunbeds (for 200+ rooms) and no parasols. The towels for the pool have to be picked up at the reception. However when we asked in the afternoon,there were no more, and then when we asked the following morning, they had not yet arrived from the laundry service. Also the WiFi didn't work one entire day in the weekend and was never fixed on the rooftop, when we were there. In short: great location and service but not worth the price. Please start with replacing the mattresses and pillows and bed linen!
