"Old hotel, bathroom trash can without a lid, TV almost never works and is very small, shower is connected in a makeshift way, I couldn't even open the minibar for fear of getting an electric shock, breakfast items without covers (lids). Coffee didn't taste like coffee. Only the air conditioning was good. I stayed on the 1st floor but I had to climb 3 flights of stairs with my bags, no one to help. Plus there were cracks in the walls."

"Honestly, the experience started out okay. The hotel view is wonderful, the room is spacious, and the air conditioning works perfectly. However, small details during the stay made the experience quite bad. First, let's start: breakfast. A very mediocre breakfast with few options. The bread all looked like it was "yesterday's," the cold cuts and fruits looked bad, and there was no option for cream cheese, for example, just butter and a jam that would kill even non-diabetics because it was so sweet. Furthermore, the breakfast room is too small for the guests' needs, and the staff, in my opinion, is not capable of handling the number of guests. It was a given that every day, the staff had to split their time between three people to refill the coffee, clean the tables, and meet the customers' demands, which, consequently, meant that something was left behind. The balcony coffee area was extremely poorly organized. They put three tables and chairs there, and everything else was forgotten, except for the leaks on the table... The room, while spacious, had cracks in the ceiling. The shower stall was in a state of disrepair, loose and very easy to injure anyone. Every day we preferred to shower with it ajar to avoid handling it and potentially breaking it and/or injuring ourselves. The bathroom smelled awful, too; it stank of sewage, and on the second-to-last day, we found a dead cockroach next to it... Regarding the staff, aside from the constant sales attempts, most of them were friendly. Unlike the guests who practically run you over and don't say hello, the staff are polite. But that's okay, just a detail of the type of clientele the Casa Blanca chain attracts. The biggest problem arose right at the end of my stay. On March 8th, I noticed a white skirt missing from my room, likely removed along with the bedding by the cleaning staff. I immediately reported it to reception, but was told they couldn't check with the appropriate department until the next day. Today, March 9th, the last day of our stay, we conducted a thorough search, searching our bags, clothes, and every corner of the room, without success. When we questioned reception again, they not only stated that the hotel was not responsible and would not offer any solution, but also asked if I had any proof of what had happened. This was utter disrespect, given that the minimum expected of a hotel is to ensure the safety of guests' belongings during their stay. The establishment's indifference and lack of commitment demonstrate unacceptable neglect. Bottom line: it's a good hotel due to its location, but it's not the only hotel in the area. It's worth paying more for a place that offers decent coffee and more attention to guests."

"It is 50 meters away from the beach. It is very lively. The hotel is very small and the swimming pool is also very small. The only convenience is that it is close to the beach and has rich nightlife. The hotel accommodation is quite quiet."

"I can't understand how they call themselves a 3-star hotel. The ONLY positive point is the location, close to the waterfront. Other than that, all the negatives begin: 1. As soon as we opened the room door, we noticed that the bathroom door was completely broken and full of holes, it wouldn't even close! 2. Upon entering the bathroom, we saw that the walls were covered in black, moldy mildew. 3. In the room, there were signs of dampness on all the walls and, consequently, more mold! 4. The wardrobe was covered in termite dust, and there were no mirrors, chairs, tables, or anything you might have seen in the photos. 5. I made the reservations months in advance and had requested a room with good lighting and chairs, as we would be getting ready at the hotel and doing our makeup to go to a wedding (I never received a response). Upon arrival, I saw that the room was tiny and had no chair, as requested. I went to the reception and asked if the other reserved room was more spacious and had the chairs, as previously requested. The first receptionist informed me that he didn't know what the rooms were like because he didn't work there, and asked me to come back the next day and speak to another receptionist. I went back again, and she said she would check with the head of housekeeping. I went back one more time, closer to the time of the other check-in, and spoke to another receptionist, who said that "no room has a table or chair, by order of the hotel management." I questioned the promotional photos they use, and he said they were irrelevant, that the rooms had been changed. To our surprise, when we entered the second room, there was a coffee table and 4 chairs. They are obviously not obligated to fulfill any guest requests, but if they had at least responded to me informing me of this, I would have canceled the reservation and made it elsewhere! 6. The hotel's breakfast isn't worth it; it's better to eat anywhere else (some guests even went to a nearby bakery and bought more items to have a decent breakfast). 7. The mattress is extremely soft and uncomfortable, one of those spring ones that make you bounce with the slightest movement. The pillows are of very low quality. There's no blanket in the room, and you need to pick one up at reception (if you're lucky enough to find one) and sign a loan agreement. You have to return the blanket to reception at check-out; you can't leave it in the room. Plus: There's a bar next door, and the rooms have no soundproofing whatsoever. The parties at the bar go on until the early hours, and you can hear them from your room as if you were there. If you like to sleep well, this place is definitely not for you."
