It is a 105-room hotel very nice, very clean Although there are currently some areas in repair, these places are not occupied. The hotel is very comfortable and is very comfortable and is very comfortable. The restaurant, though simple food, is very accessible at its price.

I have been loyal to that hotel 3 times in a row. But my last experience, during the pandemie was HORRIBLE. A CUT OF AC FOR 3 1/2 HOURS, WITHOUT WARNING, TO SAVE MONEY BECAUSE NOT ENOUGH PEOPLE. Nobody told me this; I asked why, I got reasons all as fanciful as each other!THE TRUTH, BEFORE LEAVING. If you can t afford to look like a 5 stars hotel, don t pretend it with the rate! The cherry on the cake was a morning, because everything was so old-in terms of food, to find some eggs of cockroach eggs in corn flakes- i do have substantial proofs, pixs, videos, & more.... The owner Fernando had the audacity to talk to me nicely about the situation-not to eat french fires in order to have clients satisfied- EXCUSE ME, it's normal! it's not a favor(maybe Brasil, not anywhere else, travel Dear!) I paid, and got expulsed, because too demanding????- in a middle of a pandemic!!, to satisfy the little ego and unprofessionalism of that owner who makes you think he is rich-quite the opposite!.... (He didn t speak english well, -not his fault, but that s ok.) His action was almost criminal. To expel people in the middle of a pandemic in a dirty, unprofessional way, who pay a 5 star (but in fact, it is only 1 and a half star) and who have asked for explanations.

We stayed at the Vila Galé in Fortaleza this summer. We were looking for a hotel close to the beaches and the city, and with a good affordable price. Already with food included and room service, and we couldn't miss the pool. And we couldn't be happier with our experience. It’s a four-star hotel,from the pictures we were expecting the building to be modern but in fact it has a very rustic style inside. One thing that surprised everyone was that the rooms were very large and comfortable and the bathrooms were also very large. Besides, the service is super good because there people are super friendly and funny. However one thing that should improve is parking because one of the parking is private and the other is shared with the hotel in front, and the convenience stores inside the hotel were not good because there were no things that should have (like slippers and swimsuits), not just souvenirs. This hotel is obviously not that cheap, but it is worth the price because it is a very quiet place, very well located, with a beautiful view to the sea, with some very good foods and activities for children.This hotel is ideal for going with children up to 7 years old because it has many activities, and to go with friends too as it is cheap and quality. My final grade is 4 stars. Very good hotel !!!

To begin, I noticed that they were initially victims of abandonment by the prefecture, the street is abandoned, there is no footer track, no care, there are open holes, waste, mat and sticks on the street where the hotel is located, and I believe that because of this the hotel ended up devaluing and having to lower the prices of its daily and there it is hard to keep ... The HOTEL: we stayed there because it was where the 123 miles placed us, but if it were to choose, I wouldn't choose, the hotel corridors are very good, it has marble on the floor and a half-high wall, the dining room has a beautiful view, breakfast is compatible with the value paid by the daily (slack), the room in which we stayed had hot water in the shower, I noticed that some time a little reform was made in it but without capric ( painting and mass in the wall without capric), the bed was good, we went to look for a toy of my daughter that fell and we found a condom pack under the bed ...swimmingpool We wouldn't go back to that hotel.

Location - The place is located in front of the beach of the Futuro, which is great day, because it has several famous barricades that gives you to walk, but at night it is desert and the residents disadvise walking around - either on the edge or on the back street. It is worth noting that there is no easy access pharmacy in this region. It has a 24-hour box (ATM) inside Crocobeach restaurant, which works over the day. Otherwise, there is no other place near to get money. Structure - As several previous comments here, the hotel really needs a reform. The accommodation is very small, with old structure. The window in the room was open to the garage - super-moving and noisy, both by guests and by suppliers. As tb commented the room is well swallowed, there is a lack of real ventilation, which makes it impossible to spend a lot of time inside - you have to spend the night and go to the street day. The hotel has a freezer with beers, refrigerators, water, dishes, etc in the reception, which can be placed on the room's account. The hotel restaurant serves the lunch orders in the evening (there are pizza, tapioca, omeles, etc, prepared at the time). The breakfast was very reasonable. The feeling was that the salts were from the previous day and the fruit were cut down there. The hotel has a small, beautiful swimming pool. The outdoor has a bathroom to take care of that area of psychiatrics. If you want to be quiet, without swallow, ask you to put you in some higher floor - although you have no lift, it will be worth it for the noise that the ground has (mainly for the transit of officials and guests between garage and reception/kitchen, Finally, for anyone who wants to spend a weekend on the beach, go out to other neighborhoods and stay as little as possible in the hotel, valley. Excellent cost benefit, room with a wonderful pro sea view. The staff's service is very good, always requests. Breakfast is delicious. I stayed a few steps from the beach and barracks, I went in several and each better than the other. The room is very large and clean and the bed is just wonderful, and the last day we go out to cut the pool, which is amazing and still has sauna and hydromassage, which this time has not given time to use, but next day I will not let it go. In short, it was a great stay.
