Regarding the reservation made at your property during the period April 3–6,
2026, it is reported that, during the second night of my stay, the assigned room
was severely infested with insects (ants), found not only on the bed, but also
inside the bed and on the surrounding floor.
This circumstance rendered the room completely unusable and unsuitable for the agreed-upon use, in
clear violation of the hygiene and health standards and contractual obligations of the
property.
Following this report, an alternative accommodation of a
lower standard was assigned, with separate beds and non-equivalent conditions, constituting a further and
independent breach of contract.
This incident has caused serious personal harm, consisting of:
• the inability to rest as a couple;
• significant stress and psychophysical discomfort;
• alteration of nighttime well-being, with persistent itching;
circumstances qualifying as damages resulting from a ruined vacation and non-pecuniary damages pursuant to art. 2059 of the Italian Civil Code.
It should be noted that the facts are fully documented with photographic and video material, as well as verified by witnesses present at the facility, friends who were vacationing with us in room 405.
