The hotel left a very mixed impression. The biggest disappointment was the breakfast. The selection was extremely limited: there were almost no vegetables, no fish at all, and most of the buffet consisted of sweets and fruit. If you prefer a proper breakfast, there is practically nothing to choose from. The rooms are very small. There is so little space that if you need to go to the bathroom at night, you end up bumping into chairs and furniture. The chest in the room takes up valuable space but serves no real purpose. The bathroom is also tiny, with barely enough room to turn around. Another disappointing aspect was the hotel’s attitude toward something as basic as drinking water. They provide only one bottle of water per day, and if there is even a little water left in the bottle, they do not replace it with a new one. It feels like the hotel is trying to save money on absolutely everything, even on small things that directly affect guests’ comfort. The service was also underwhelming. The staff did not seem particularly attentive, and there was no feeling of genuine hospitality or good customer care. Overall, the hotel did not meet expectations. If comfortable rooms, a varied breakfast, good service, and attention to guests are important to you, I would recommend looking for another hotel.
