Excellent property, charming and meticulously maintained. The garden is beautiful, and the rooms are very clean and tidy, equipped with everything you need for your stay. The breakfast selection in the morning is wonderful and plentiful. Great value for money, and just a stone's throw from both the city center and the sea. I'd happily return.

My experience at this hotel was disappointing, mainly due to the staff. I encountered issues with the payment process, and instead of being helpful, the staff were unprofessional, unhelpful, and at times quite rude. A situation that could have been resolved easily turned into an uncomfortable experience. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and improves customer service.

The hotel was very clean, and the front desk offered a welcome drink and was very polite. The water suddenly cut out while I was showering that night, but it was fixed quickly!

The hotel is excellent in terms of location and cleanliness but what stands out the most is the staff. They are exceptional. Helpful, friendly, knowledgeable and go out of their way to assist anything you need.

This was the best hotel I have ever stayed at in Italy. The service was impeccable and the staff was amazing. Specially, Stephanie and Giada. We will definitely come back to this hotel the next time we are here at Fort Demar.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel from start to finish. Everything was spotless, the atmosphere was welcoming, and the service exceeded our expectations. A special thank you to Zainab and Ahmed, who went above and beyond to make our experience even more enjoyable. They were incredibly kind, professional, and always ready to help with a smile. They made us feel truly welcome and took care of every little detail. The entire staff was outstanding and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay.
