"Excellent hotel and the staff couldn’t do enough for us from the moment of booking for example asking if we wanted a transfer from the station. Beautiful place and staff were attentive and was our first time to Miramonti and would highly recommend. Breakfast good too & pool bar with top quality sun loungers!"

"Our room was in the adjoining Agnelli Villa. Good size, enough storing place and many windows. But the bed was hard as bricks, the decoration is from the 60ties with pink tiles on the floor and 60ties toilettes. Insulation hardly exsists and you can hear television noise and talking from your neighbours' room. Absolultely not worth the money and not up to 5*. An exeption was the breakfast which was nice with a really large choice of fresh products. If you stay in Forte di Marmi, rather head to the Principe and enjoy the big and airy rooms and their gorgeous roof top terrasse."

"Stayed at the Grand Hotel for two weeks The staff were first class and could not do enough for us The breakfasts were delicious The rooms were spotless and the towels and linen likewise The young man in the bar was very professional as were the reception and restaurant staff Not five stars because 1. No kettle in the room to make tea or coffee Every hotel regardless of size has one 2. The WIFI was so poor we had to rely on 4G signal This will probably result in a horrendous mobile phone bill on our return home In this modern age this should not happen"

"It was not our first time at the Principe and we will definitely be back. We like the clear architecture of the house and the spacious, bright rooms, which are a pleasure to stay in even when the weather is bad. We really like the culinary signature of Valentino and his crew, whether in the star restaurant on the top floor or the casual version in the Dalmatia beach club. But the main thing for us is that all employees, regardless of their role, offer excellent service that makes us feel like we are part of the "family". The demeanor is always friendly, attentive, courteous and yet calm. Service at the highest level, not artificial, at eye level, but always present. The only explanation we can give for the contribution of a guest from 2021 who did not leave a good hair on the Principe is that there was a misunderstanding at the beginning of the stay with the consequence that nothing "was allowed" to be good after that. Of course, you can ruin your vacation that way. We know almost all the important hotels and restaurants in Forte and the surrounding area, and there are definitely good addresses with friendly, well-trained staff. But for us, the "Principe" is number 1."

"10/10 Exceptional Hotel, with a family who really care about you and their hotel! From the moment we arrived they are there for you, they came running out to the Taxi to meet us, it made us feel really special! We spent two weeks in this hotel, so we experienced every aspect of this establishment, and we could not fault one thing, it is immaculately clean, beautifully decorated, with so much thought gone into in every part of it, even fresh flowers to brighten your day! The service is second to none, they are giving you personal service day and night! All the family and staff have the same philosophy, “we are here for you, whatever we can do, we aim to please” The smiles on every member of staff said it all, it’s a very happy place! Makes you feel so relaxed! The rooms are wonderful they are cleaned to perfection ever day! The beds are so comfortable, we slept so well, better than home! We had clean fresh fluffy towels ever day! In the rooms there isn’t anything you could want for, slippers/dressing gowns, lots of hangers! Bathroom very clean and modern! The food in the restaurant was very varied, with some of the best dishes we have ever eaten in Italy, we praised the Chef “Silvio” who came out to see us to thank us for our compliments! We had booked a week on half board, but as it was such a great dining experience we ate in the restaurant for another 3 nights, till it closed… that says it all! The service was top notch! The wine list is extensive and the recommended wines by Samuele were so good! Breakfast was superb, with an excellent selection, that astounded us, with hot options too! We never got fed up with our breakfast, so much choice, never seen such a vast array of food in any hotel in our 40 years of travelling! Many homemade items! Our Coffee was hot and delicious, and we are very fussy! The bar was lovely and the drinks mixed to perfection! We would always go back even if we were out and about, for our nightcap to the Hotel Bar! We can honestly say this is our favourite hotel out of so many we have visited over our lifetime, it was a vacation we will never forget, it was like visiting family! Well done Hotel Olimpia, everything was exceptional! Just hope that we can still reserve a room next year, after our review!! "
