"I had a pleasant stay at Atrio Apartments. The location was excellent, very convenient for getting around the city and close to everything I needed. However, other aspects of the stay were just okay. The cleanliness of the apartment was acceptable, but I expected a bit more attention to detail. The service was average — staff were polite but not particularly proactive. The facilities were functional, though nothing stood out as impressive. This place is good for short stays if location is your top priority. There's room for improvement in other areas."

"Very, very satisfied. We arrived at midnight, so the store put the key in the safe. The process of finding the key was like playing a room escape, which was very interesting! The room was clean and tidy, super big, and very close to the Story Bridge within walking distance. Overall, the price-performance ratio is very, very high. Highly recommended"

"We had a pleasant stay at Kooii Apartments. The apartment is spacious and good for us, a family of four. The kitchen is well equipped. Overall, we were satisfied with amenities and facilities provided by Kooii. If we didn’t find a cockroach in the living room, we would definitely rate Kooii Apartments higher in cleanliness. We really want to thank Scott, the Building Manager, for helping us when we had trouble. We had left our car key in the apartment after we checked out and dropped the room keys and swipe cards into the express box at 7:30 a.m. Unfortunately, we had to return the car and catch our flight. We called Scott for help. He was really helpful, patient and friendly."

"Really clean, modern apartment with excellent views, large space, very comfortable bed, and a beautiful bathroom with a huge shower. This is the 2nd time we've stayed and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves."

"Breakfast is very good. The chef orders it now: omelet, shredded cheese, vegetables, mushrooms, etc. It's great. Other kinds of bread, fresh juice coffee tea. Meat has sausages, bacon. "Celebrated our wedding anniversary. Hotel was thoughtful in that they provided a nice surprise of a bottle of rose and a nice turn down service. However, the experience was somewhat marred by a slow cleaning service when our room was not made up the next day. Positively, they rectified it when we left the room for dinner."

"I had a perfectly pleasant stay until thhe day before I checked out when someone from reception entered the room (while I was in there) under the impression that I was supposed to have checked out. It was probably a simple mistake, which while invasive is also understandable. No apology, but they are mostly meaningless anyway and it probably wasn't the fault of the person who entered the room. Hadbit ended there I wouldn't have mentioned it, but the same thing happened again when despite the 'do not disturb' sign on the door housekeeping also entered the room also under the mistaken impression that I had checked out. I called reception after the second incident and was put on hold for 18 minutes before they eventually tried to put the blame on housekeeping (and repeatedly got my name wrong, which I wouldn't have cared about if it weren't for the being on hold and the weasily attempt to put what was clearly a reception error on the housekeeping staff). The whole incident left a lingering bad impression, which is unfortunate after an otherwise very pleasant and uneventful stay."
