This hotel gives a lot for the money. It is well maintained & clean, very spacious, and feed you very well. It offers breakfast, night noodle, and tea time. There is an excellent restaurant right next to it as well. Staff were very helpful, kind and supportive (I don't speak a word of Chinese nor know the way around here but they provided so much help, that was able to successfully finish my trip. The extra large space it offers do make huge difference as many hotels, especially 4 star ones, tends to offer smaller room that makes you feel somewhat cluttered. This hotel gives you ample space, including separate living room that I only found in an executive suite.

I like the warm atmosphere and the coziness design of this new hotel… but It is located in a place far from public transportation, services, amenities… No good views… The hotel rooms are spacious and their design is different from other hotels, where the bathroom, shower and wash basin are not combined within one area... The room is really sexy… I like it.. The shower is spacious without a bathtub, it motivating the couple to take a shower together! There is a problem with this hotel, which is its unclear address for taxis, needs to be very aware about that before you go… and also have to know the inability of the reception to speak completely in English… it has one elevator... one eating place located on the hotel’s lobby… not bad… I think for those who have a car or a driver, the hotel will be ideal for them and cheap price

Good value of money for the room rent! I particularly liked the layout of the room, spacious, elegant and very clean. I also asked for a late check out at 1 pm and my request was entertained. Staff at reception were very helpful. I had bothered them several times to ask them questions on WeChat for taxi booking, searching bus routes, bus stops, QR code for bus ride payment and even how to walk across the other side of the road, how to rent a mobile charger, etc. All of the staff I met were helpful and professional. The only two comments I have are (a) the door of the shower room is transparent. It may be inconvenient if the travel partner is not that close and s/he may need to go downstair while the other has shower. I was okay as I travelled on my own. (b) At the ground floor, there is a sign next to the lift to show there is a self service washing room at 3/F but when I arrived at the floor, I couldn't manage to see where it was as there was no further to indicate. I had to ask the reception who told me it was opposite to the room 8352. Suggest to put it on the floor plan. As I didn't have a car, the location was inconvenient to me to find a good restaurant for dining. I see a new Chinese restaurant next to the hotel is being set up. Hopefully, when I come back next time, it will be my first choice.

The front desk staff Xiaoye was friendly and enthusiastic. The check-in procedure was efficient and quick. He also carefully introduced the hotel facilities and the surrounding fun places to us, which made us feel particularly warm.

The hotel front desk checked in very quickly. The hotel lobby is very large. There is also free afternoon tea and midnight snacks. Although I checked in at midnight, I was able to check out for free at 3:30. I was very happy. Especially Xiao He and Xiao Zhang at the front desk.

The room is big, the bed is also big, but the biggest disadvantage is that the inner window is not breathable. The hygiene is really sloppy. The towels are old and the bed is not made. The guy at the front desk told me that because they are staying for an extended period, they don't want to move the guests' things?! Fallacy! It's really ridiculous. I will not consider the Meihao brand in the future.
