Pros-The hotel provides mobile phone number to be added in the Wechat name list so we can contact the hotel for free transportation when arrived at the airport in the very early hours in the morning. When arrived at the airport, get internet access via the airport Wifi and contact the hotel via Wechat to arrange the waiting place for the hotel van. Waiting time was alright with about half an hour. We regretted no using the free transportation to airport for our journey to Chenzhou on High speed train at Guangzhou Bei station, thinking that there will be buses going to the train station from the nearby bus stop. However, we waited for almost half hour and the bus didn't appeared. Later, we opt for the bus to the airport and then took the subway to the train station, which was the fastest alternative. Cons-Beware, non-smoking room is no availble and you may stay in the room with cigarette smell.

The room is bit suffocated. not very far from the centre. But very close to metro station

The hotel service was good,friendly and helpful staff,room was clean and nice,but the hotel is in a noisy location ,I could hear cars all night..other than that the hotel is good.

The place is neat and tidy, easy check in too. I highly recommend to anyone who wants to come here.

This hotel is pretty good , not that far from the Guangzhou south railway station . I personally went there for a short stay to rest a bit from my trip and it was very nice and calm. Very clean and simple!! BUT If you are landing on Baiyun airport I don’t recommend it cause it’s really far and it’s totally a different city!! Except that , I think the staff there are very nice and kind and also helpful :) . If you want to rest a bit and continue your trip wherever it’s taking you , this hotel is a good stop and calm place to change your thoughts !!

Clean, tidy, quiet and comfortable. The county town is not big and the location is convenient. It is suitable for business trips. It is close to the subway and only a few minutes' walk away. There is a restaurant downstairs. It is highly recommended.

There are no explanations of room numbers on each floor, so you'll be at a loss when you go to your room for the first time after checking in. The wifi requires you to enter a Chinese phone number, so I used my smartphone translator to ask if they could help me by entering the staff's phone number, but they completely ignored me and just said "wifi is not available in the rooms," so I gave up on wifi. If this hotel uses wifi that requires you to enter a Chinese phone number and accepts foreigners, I hope they'll think more seriously about foreigners who don't have Chinese phone numbers. (It's common for foreign travelers to not have Chinese phone numbers, etc.) In the hotels I've stayed at so far, many of them have responded to cases like this by entering the staff's phone number. If they can't help, they shouldn't accept foreigners.
