Very nice stay. Would return here for sightseeing. Hotel room layout was very nice with excellent lighting. Staff were beyond courteous and helpful with our heavy bags. Tea in the room is excellent. Market was across the street with many restaurants in walking distance.

The only thing makes me unhappy in my trip is because this hotel did not clean my room. They said I press the button of privacy and then no one did the room service. Anyway when I came back the hotel asked them to clean up immediately but nobody came to help. The rent of hotel is not cheap and I thought they really need to see the problem!!!

This was my first time staying at a Four Seasons Hotel. I stayed for 2 nights and felt that a stranger had entered the room on the 2nd day. Since there were no valuables in the room, I didn't pursue it further. From the beginning, this stay experience made me feel a little bit bad.
